This documentary claims the two Swedish women are twins but in fact they are both clones, badly grown in a MI6 lab, having escaped on gone on a rampage. It is unknown whose DNA they were grown from. But, as we have seen with the Sean Morton and Ben Fulford clones, these quick-clones tend to break down after a few days/weeks
