If there were global justice, Nato would be in the dock over Libya

 

 Liberia's Charles Taylor has been convicted of war crimes, so why not the western leaders who escalated Libya's killing?

Libya was supposed to be different. The lessons of Iraq and Afghanistan had been learned, David Cameron and Nicolas Sarkozy insisted last year. This would be a real humanitarian intervention. Unlike Iraq, there would be no boots on the ground. Unlike in Afghanistan, Nato air power would be used to support a fight for freedom and prevent a massacre. Unlike the Kosovo campaign, there would be no indiscriminate cluster bombs: only precision weapons would be used. This would be a war to save civilian lives.

Seven months on from Muammar Gaddafi's butchering in the ruins of Sirte, the fruits of liberal intervention in Libya are now cruelly clear, and documented by the UN and human rights groups: 8,000 prisoners held without trial, rampant torture and routine deaths in detention, the ethnic cleansing of Tawerga, a town of 30,000 mainly black Libyans (already in the frame as a crime against humanity) and continuing violent persecution of sub-Saharan Africans across the country.

A year after the western powers tried to make up for lost ground in the Arab uprisings by tipping the balance of the Benghazi-led revolt, Libya is in the lawless grip of rival warlords and armed conflict between militias, as the western-installed National Transitional Council (NTC) passes Gaddafi-style laws clamping down on freedom of speech, gives legal immunity to former rebels and disqualifies election candidates critical of the new order. These are the political forces Nato played the decisive role in bringing to power.

Now the evidence is starting to build up of what Nato's laser-guided bombing campaign actually meant on the ground. The New York-based Human Rights Watch this week released a report into the deaths of at least 72 Libyan civilians, a third of them children, killed in eight separate bombing raids (seven on non-military targets) – and denounced Nato for still refusing to investigate or even acknowledge civilian deaths that were always denied at the time.

Given the tens of thousands of civilians killed by US, British and other Nato forces both from the air and on the ground in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen over the last decade, perhaps Nato commanders prefer not to detain themselves with such comparative trifles. And Human Rights Watch believes that, whatever the real number of civilians directly killed by Nato bombing, it was relatively low given the 10,000-odd sorties flown.

But while Nato's UN mandate was to protect civilians, the alliance in practice turned that mission on its head. Throwing its weight behind one side in a civil war to oust Gaddafi's regime, it became the air force for the rebel militias on the ground. So while the death toll was perhaps between 1,000 and 2,000 when Nato intervened in March, by October it was estimated by the NTC to be 30,000 – including thousands of civilians.

We can't of course know what would have happened without Nato's bombing campaign, even if there is no evidence that Gaddafi had either the intention or capability to carry out a massacre in Benghazi. But we do know that Nato provided decisive air cover for the rebels as they matched Gaddafi's forces war crime for war crime, carried out massacres of their own and indiscriminately shelled civilian areas with devastating results – such as reduced much of Sirte to rubble last October.

There were also Nato and Qatari boots on the ground, including British special forces, co-ordinating rebel operations. So Nato certainly shared responsibility for the deaths of many more civilian than its missiles directly incinerated.

That is the kind of indirect culpability that led to the conviction last month of Charles Taylor, the former president of Liberia, in the UN-backed special court for Sierra Leone in The Hague. Taylor, now awaiting sentence and expected to be jailed in Britain, was found guilty of "aiding and abetting" war crimes and crimes against humanity during Sierra Leone's civil war in the 1990s. But he was cleared of directly ordering atrocities carried out by Sierra Leonean rebels.

Which pretty well describes the role played by Nato in Libya last year. International lawyers say legal culpability would depend on the degree of assistance and knowledge of war crimes for which Nato provided cover, even if the political and moral responsibility could not be clearer.

But there is of course simply no question of Nato leaders being held to legal account for the Libyan carnage, any more than they have been for far more direct crimes carried out in Iraq and Afghanistan. The only Briton convicted of a war crime over the bloodbath of Iraq has been Corporal Donald Payne, for abuse of prisoners in Basra in 2003. While George Bush has boasted of authorising the international crime of torture and faced not so much as a caution.

Which only underlines that what is called international law simply doesn't apply to the big powers or their political leaders. In the 10 years of its existence, the International criminal court has indicted 28 people from seven countries for war crimes and crimes against humanity. Every single one of them is African – even though ICC signatories include war-wracked states such as Colombia and Afghanistan.

That's rather as if the criminal law in Britain only applied to people earning the minimum wage and living in Cornwall. But so long as international law is only used against small or weak states in the developing world, it won't be a system of international justice, but an instrument of power politics and imperial enforcement.

Just as the urgent lesson of Libya – for the rest of the Arab world and beyond – is that however it is dressed up, foreign military intervention isn't a short cut to freedom. And far from saving lives, again and again it has escalated slaughter.

Obamacide Of American Nation Warned to Accelerate

A shocking in depth report written by Acting Minister Tatyana Golikova of the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development (MHSD) sent to President Putin this past week on the economic and social-political ramifications of the 2-year old United States law titled Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (otherwise known as Obamacare) warns that this scheme is, in fact, a “codified system of mass genocide” never before seen in all of human history.

According to this report, prior to this law passing in early 2010, the Obama regime made a “secret deal” with all of the United States drug companies with their head lobbyist confirming this to be true in a recently discovered email from Billy Tauzin, the head of Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), to former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Jim Messina (who is now Obama’s 2012 campaign manager) clearly stating before this laws passage, “we will deliver a final yes to you by morning.”

The “secret agreement” made between the Obama regime and these American drug companies, this report says, was that in exchange for the US not prosecuting them for the deaths due to their faulty (if not outright fraudulent) drugs foisted upon the American people, they would, in turn, all agree not to campaign against Obamacare nor spend any money advertising against it.

To the number of deaths directly related to these American drug companies fearing US government retribution, this report continues, the facts are beyond shocking and detail how faulty and fraudulent pharmaceuticals have killed at least 2 million Americans over the past decade alone.

Acting Minister Golikova even more grimly notes in her report that the figure of 2 million Americans being killed by US government-drug company collusion may, in fact, be even higher as the estimated death figures she used were those detailed by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on their own official webpage that lists these deplorable statistics:

Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)

ADRs 4th leading cause of death ahead of pulmonary disease, diabetes, AIDS, pneumonia, accidents and automobile deaths

Not included in these statistics, however, this report says, are the estimated 500,000 deaths blamed on the heavily-promoted anti-pain drug Vioxx that was released by Merck & Company (one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world) in 1999 and pulled from the market in 2004.

Adding to this horrific death toll, this report continues, are the estimated 480,000 drug-related accidental deaths over the past decade that in 2009 became the leading cause of accidental deaths in the United States.

Rounding out what can only be described as “legalized genocide” in the United States, Acting Minister Golikova reports, are Americans who overdosed (accidentally or deliberately) on drugs and whose numbers over the past decade alone now equal another 400,000 deaths.  

Most important to note in this report are the comparisons made by Acting Minister Golikova between this ongoing American “legal drug genocide” and the nearly 1,000,000 deaths caused by the 26 April 1986 catastrophic failure of the then Soviet Unions Chernobyl Nuclear Plant, where after this disaster the Russian people refused to believe government and media lies and, in turn, overthrow the communist regime that had ruled over them for over 70 years.

Mikhail Gorbachev the last head of state of the Soviet Union in the past has acknowledged this fact by stating, “The nuclear meltdown at Chernobyl 20 years ago this month, even more than my launch of perestroika, was perhaps the real cause of the collapse of the Soviet Union five years later. Indeed, the Chernobyl catastrophe was an historic turning point: there was the era before the disaster, and there is the very different era that has followed.”

Acting Minister Golikova grimly concludes in her report that the “Obamacide” of the American people shows no sign of abating and that all future signs point to an increase of nearly 10-15 million more of these people will be legally killed by the US government during the next decade, all without one single word being mentioned of this holocaust by their so called main stream media propaganda press establishment.

Ron Unz, the American political activist, and major patron of Wikimedia Foundation who in his seminal article on the aforementioned Vioxx catastrophe titled “When Half a Million Americans Died and Nobody Noticed” wrote: “My late friend Bill Odom, the three-star general who ran the National Security Agency for President Ronald Reagan, had spent his entire career as a Soviet specialist, and prior to his death we both concluded that the American mainstream media of the 2000s had become increasingly indistinguishable from the Soviet Pravda of the 1980s.”

The question remaining to be asked of the American at this point, and as this mass genocide and cover-up grows larger by the day, is simply this…At what point do these people (like the Soviet people showed could be done after Chernobyl) quit believing the lies being told them and start listening to the truth?

Wall Street Banks Secretly Build The World’s Largest Private Army

Wall Street banks have secretly taken over US firearms and ammunition manufacturers and the world’s largest mercenary firms in a stealth build up private military force.

A Daily KOs article reveals that Wall Street banks have used private equity firms to acquire and launch a massive stealth takeover of private security firms, US ammo and gun manufacturers, uniforms, silencers and an army of mercenaries to build what amounts to the world’s largest private army.
At the same time the private mercenary companies they now control, which include the likes of  Dynacorp and the notorious name changing Blackwater/Xe Services/Academi,  have been authorized under Department of Defense DIRECTIVE NUMBER 3025.18 to actually conduct policing operations inside the United States.
The article reveals Citi Bank, Bank of America, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank have provide huge amounts of funding to two private Wall Street equity firms, Cerebus and Veritas Equity, which in turn have used umbrella companies such as Freedom Corp., to engage in stealth takeovers and weapons stockpiling which has consumed the likes of  several gun manufacturers and ammunition manufacturers including Remington, Cobbs, H&R, Marlin, Dakota, and Bushmaker.
Furthermore, the same private equity firms have taken over companies involved in the “crowd control industry”.
One such example is CPI which manufacturers microwave and radio frequency crowd control pain inducers similar to the US Military’s heat gun which has been mentioned for deployment to control Occupy protestors.
All of this comes following news that the Department of Homeland Security has purchased 450 million rounds of ammunition banned by the Geneva Convention which is coupled with reports that feds are buying up all surplus ammo and even ordering stores to cease sales to civilians.
At the same time a DHS informant says that the DHS is preparing for a civil war and recently leaked army manuals reveal mass military detention centers are being prepared inside the US for a War On Terror ‘strategy shift‘.

Mainstream Media IGNORES Iceland Revolution

ICELAND - No news from Iceland?… why? How come we hear everything that happens in Egypt but no news about what’s happening in Iceland?

In Iceland, the people have made the government resign, the primary banks have been nationalized, it was decided to not pay the debt that these created with Great Britain and Holland due to their bad financial politics and a public assembly has been created to rewrite the constitution.

And all of this in a peaceful way. A whole revolution against the powers that have created the current global crisis. This is why there hasn’t been any publicity during the last two years: What would happen if the rest of the EU citizens took this as an example? What would happen if the US citizens took this as an example?

This is a summary of the facts:

2008. The main bank of the country is nationalized.
The Krona, the currency of Iceland devaluates and the stock market stops. The country is in bankruptcy

2009. The citizens protest in front of parliament and manage to get new elections that make the resignation of the prime minister and his whole government.
The country is in bad economic situation.
A law proposes paying back the debt to Great Britain and Holland through the payment of 3,500 million euros, which will be paid by the people of Iceland monthly during the next 15 years, with a 5.5% interest.

2010. The people go out in the streets and demand a referendum. In January 2010 the president denies the approval and announces a popular meeting.

In March the referendum and the denial of payment is voted in by 93%. Meanwhile the government has initiated an investigation to bring to justice those responsible for the crisis, and many high level executives and bankers are arrested. The Interpol dictates an order that make all the implicated parties leave the country.

In this crisis an assembly is elected to rewrite a new Constitution which can include the lessons learned from this, and which will substitute the current one (a copy of the Danish Constitution).

25 citizens are chosen, with no political affiliation, out of the 522 candidates. For candidacy all that was needed was to be an adult and have the support of 30 people. The constitutional assembly starts in February of 2011 to present the ‘carta magna’ from the recommendations given by the different assemblies happening throughout the country. It must be approved by the current Parliament and by the one constituted through the next legislative elections.

So in summary of the Icelandic revolution:
-resignation of the whole government
-nationalization of the bank.
-referendum so that the people can decide over the economic decisions.
-incarcerating the responsible parties
-rewriting of the constitution by its people

Have we been informed of this through the media? Has any political program in radio or TV commented on this? No! The Icelandic people have been able to show that there is a way to beat the system and has given a democracy lesson to the world!

Human race being terminated by 'scientific suicide'

(NaturalNews) This is, without question, the most important article I've ever penned, because it discusses the idea that the human race is being destroyed in the name of science.

Stopping these "scientists" from destroying our world and our civilization must become our top priority if we hope to survive.

The entire Northern hemisphere is now imminently threatened by a massive, "global killer" radiation release from failing Fukushima reactor No. 4. Our world is right now just one earthquake away from a radiological apocalypse, and we were put into this position by scientists who promised us that nuclear power would be safe and inexpensive.

Even as we live under the immediate threat of Cesium-137-induced radiological extinction, another group of genetic scientists threatens the future of our world with self-replicating genetic pollution. These scientists work for Monsanto, Dupont and other biotech firms that have compromised the future of life on Earth in order to seek their own selfish profits. Bill Gates and all the others who have promoted GMOs and allowed them to be unleashed into our world are guilty of nothing less than crimes against both the human race and nature itself. They are a threat to the continuation of life on Earth and must be stopped.

In the realm of human biology, our very existence is now being widely threatened by toxic vaccines. Always promoted in the name of "science," these vaccines actually cause severe neurological damage and widespread infertility, compromising the ability of members of the human race to reproduce.

In fact, if you take an honest look at what threatens our civilization and our planet today, it's always something done in the name of science!

Death by science

• Toxic pesticides that kill the soils and rivers? "Science!"

• Toxic chemical medications that kill humans and pollute downstream waters? "Scientific!"

• The mass poisoning of the population with a toxic combination of industrial waste products called "fluoride?" It's all done for "science!"

• Nuclear bombs that have already decimated civilian populations? "Science!"

• Mammograms and other medical imaging devices that actually cause cancer? "Scientific!"

• Chemotherapy poisons, "preventive" mastectomies, cancer radiation treatments? It's all "scientific" of course.

• The mass mercury poisoning of children through dental amalgams? They call it "science-based dentistry!"

What's clear from all this is that the human race is being murdered in the name of science.

But underneath that realization is an even more profound one: Much of the so-called "science" is really just fraudulent science that's twisted, distorted and quacked up by greed-driven corporations.

Real science is the quest for understanding, not the quest for profit

Real science is a good thing, as it is based on the quest for knowledge. But today, there's not much real science being conducted anymore. Most of what takes place is corporate-driven science for the purpose of gaining power and profits.

In medicine, for example, the search for new drugs is not about helping humanity; it's about helping quarterly profits. But you already knew that. Only the most naive individuals today still believe Big Pharma cares about human beings.

In the world of GMOs, it's not about actually "feeding the world" as is ridiculously claimed by its corrupt, criminal pushers; it's actually about "owning the world" and using food as a weapon against the People of the world. He who controls the food supply eventually controls everything. Monsanto is hell bent on world domination, not world nourishment.

Vaccines, for their part, aren't about actually preventing disease and enhancing the health of the public. Infectious disease prevention could be easily accomplished through sanitation improvements and low-cost vitamin D supplementation. Vaccines are really about two things: 1) Population control, 2) Repeat business for the drug industry due to all the vaccine damage caused by inoculations. (Vaccines damage the liver, kidneys, brain and intestines, among other organs.)

The "science" practiced today is a science of domination and control. It is almost never carried out for humanitarian purposes to benefit humankind. Even the entire intellectual property "ownership" system of patents and trademarks is set up to grant corporate monopolies over innovation, thereby denying the People access to such innovations. Intellectual property laws have been twisted and exploited by corporate giants to hijack the innovation process and use it to crush competition. All corporations ultimately want a global monopoly over their particular industry sectors.

Universities, which once conducted research to benefit humankind, now use taxpayer money to develop patentable chemicals that are then licensed to drug companies (or pesticide companies) in exchange for royalties that enrich the university.

As a result of such trends, "science" has come to mean corruption, dishonesty, greed and death. "Scientists" -- the people who practice such science -- are death engineers whose innovations may deliver hyped-up short-term benefits, but they often ultimately lead to long-term death and destruction. Roundup herbicide, for example, kills crop soils and encourages the development of pesticide-resistant "superweeds." In the terrain of human biology, much the same ramification of death and destruction is happening with the widespread abuse of antibiotics and the alarming rise of MRSA and other "superbugs."

Such "scientific" innovations were, of course, developed by well-meaning people who didn't mean to cause widespread crop failures and antibiotic-resistant staph infections, but in doing so they only became experts in paving the road to Hell with good intentions.

Science is killing us. As a race, we are committing suicide by allowing science to dominate our medicine, agriculture and military industries. To the degree that we allow scientists to unleash their dangerous experiments onto the world without legitimate testing -- and no, flu shot vaccines are never scientifically tested for long-term safety -- we only accelerate the digging of our own graves. If we don't learn to restrain the blind ambitions of arrogant scientists who are all too easily enticed by the chance to roll the dice in their "let's play God" games, the blind pursuit of science without wisdom will only lead to our total destruction.

Because next we can count on the rise of the robot drones in the name of science -- a new race of Terminator machines (unmanned AI drones) with the capability to mindlessly unleash bombs and bullets on civilian populations. Such drones will be developed in the name of "science," of course, with all the predictable ego-driven fantasies of their geek-headed inventors who, with all their superior intellect, have still failed to study human history.

Even if the drones don't get us, nanotechnology may yet spell our demise. Scientists are already running dangerous experiments with nanotechnology, and if just one such experiment results in a self-replicating nanotech "grey goo," our entire world could be inescapably devoured by self-replicating microscopic machines that make GMOs seem tame by comparison. If we are to survive, we must force science to be bound by the Precautionary Principle

If we are to survive the endless greed, arrogance and ambition of today's scientists -- whose actions more closely resemble little children with flamethrowers than mature, adult individuals -- we must force science to abide by the Precautionary Principle.

The Precautionary Principle means that when we experiment with nature, we force ourselves to err on the side of caution, not profits. In practical terms, that means we should never unleash self-replicating genetic programs (GMOs) into the open world and let experimental seeds get blown across the continent by the wind.

We should never build highly radioactive nuclear power facilities that require power to run pumps in order to avoid a nuclear meltdown. Such facilities must be designed to run in a grid-down, self-shutdown format that defaults to an unmanned state of non-criticality.

We should never unleash synthetic chemicals across the world's crops and soils to kill insects, not knowing the long-term ramifications of such neurotoxins being introduced into the ecosystem.

The Precautionary Principle recognizes that human civilization is fragile, and science-sounding experiments can run amok in ways that simply cannot be anticipated by even the most brilliant and well-intentioned human minds.

Technology without wisdom is suicide

In the name of science, humanity has developed remarkable technologies. But as a species, humankind operates as infants in terms of wisdom and maturity. We are worse than children with flamethrowers -- we are children with nukes!

A typical top-level scientist working for a corporation or a government body is ethically under-developed, lacking wisdom and perspective. They may be geniuses in their absurdly narrow realms of technical expertise, but they have no understanding of the importance of restraining the application of scientific pursuits in the real world. Even now, scientists working at the Large Hadron Collider near Geneva are playing God with the universe, attempting to discover what they ridiculously call new "particles" even though such particles are not even particles in the first place. In their quest for what they claim to be scientific knowledge, they are playing a dangerous game with our world, risking the very small but catastrophically fatal chance that their experiment might create a planet-consuming black hole that devours our world. Sound like science fiction? Most conventional scientists dismiss such ideas as pure nonsense. But their colleagues also told us that nuclear power was safe; that GMOs are safe; that pesticides are safe; that fluoride is safe; that vaccines are safe; and on and on. If there's one thing we can scientifically establish as truth in our world today, it's that scientists vastly and naively overestimate the safety of their own experiments, often in ways that cause widespread harm, death or destruction to innocent people around them.

Scientists are a danger to our world, in other words. And they need to be immediately restrained before they utterly destroy the very conditions on our planet that make human life possible.

History has taught us that scientists have very little ability to anticipate the long-term effects of their present-day actions. The nature of the universe is more complex than even the most brilliant scientist can imagine, it turns out, and when they start to play God with the natural world, unexpected things can and do occur. Murphy was an optimist, as the saying goes. Not only will things go wrong if they can go wrong; they will go wrong in catastrophic ways that simply cannot be anticipated.

The sixth mass extinction on our planet may be caused by science itself

There have been five mass extinction events on our planet, the most recent being the Cretaceous-Paleogene extinction event (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cretaceous%E2%80%93Paleogene_extinction_...).

The assertions made by Dr. Corsi on abiotic oil and knowledge suppression are validated by another individual who spent years with the oil company elite during his days along the Alaskan pipeline.  Pastor Lindsey Williams was an a member of many Executive committees for major oil companies during the 1970's, and has repeatedly acknowledged that Big Oil knows about the abiotic process, and controls the price of energy through the propaganda of peak oil theory.
To exert control over oil, energy prices, and energy policies is to control the lifeblood of economies, food production, and populations.  The price of oil and gasoline is intrinsically tied to the price of food, and the amount of disposable income people have to spend.  In the US, consumer spending makes up 70% of the entire annual GDP, and any change in the amount consumers have to spend on non-critical necessities determines the growth or stagnation of the economy.
In fact, for every .10 rise in the price of gasoline the American consumer loses $25 billion in discretionary income to use in other parts of the economy.
Each President has administered oil policies according to the belief in peak oil theory, and Barack Obama is no exception.  Instead of seeking to use synthetic oil processes to change our vast coal reserves into liquid fuels, or opening known reserve regions in the United States to petroleum drilling, his focus has been on alternative fuel technologies that to this point have cost the American taxpayer billions in failed implementation.  At the same time, the price of oil and gasoline has soared close to levels achieved before the economic crash of 2008.
Dr Jerome Corsi's resarch on the great oil conspiracy will be published in a book with the same title later this year.  However, much of his research can be found in documents located in the National archives, as well as in the libraries of Texas A&M University.
The concept that oil is abundant, cheap, and made by processes within the earth would change the standard of living for every person on the earth if the information was accepted as mainstream in the scientific community.  The evidence that Nazi scientists in Germany discovered the process of creating oil, that is used by the planet for the creation of abundant energy, is a suppressed discovery that would be a sea change in improving life for all peoples around the world.

UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon distracts the World from the 6 year UN sanctioned holocaust in Gaza.

In a press conference last week, UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon said it is time to stop the killing.  Not in Gaza, where the Israeli military continues to attack and kill thousands of Palestinian civilians, but in Syria.  Moon has been calling for sanctions against and UN monitors for a country that is engaged in a civil war, not against and for a country that has been engaging in a 6 year holocaust of the Gaza civilian people.   The UN and the US are not condemning nor calling for the end of the killing by Israeli forces against the Palestinian people.
The UN and the United States has no legal bases to impose sanctions or foreign monitors against Syria.  Syria is engaged in a civil war.  The UN and the US have a duty and moral obligation to impose sanctions against Israel and to send monitors to safe guard the civilian population of Gaza.  Israel has been launching and continues to launch major military campaigns of aggression against the Palestinian civilian population, for 6 years now.
No State, not even the United States or group of States, including the United Nations, has the right to intervene, directly or indirectly, for any reason whatever, in the domestic affairs of any other State.  Consequently, armed intervention and all other forms of interference or attempted threats against the personality of the State or against its political, economic and cultural elements, are in violation of international law.  That means the United States and Ban Ki Moon are breaking international law.  They are both intervening, directly, in the internal affairs of Syria.  Both the United States and Ban Ki Moon broke numerous international laws when they imposed sanctions against and then attacked Libya and murdered their elected leader Muammar Gaddafi.  Israel isn’t attacking and killing its own people.  Israel isn’t fighting a civil war.  The unabated holocaust of the Palestinian civilian populations isn’t a domestic affair.  The Palestinian people are not under the authority of the God forbidden state of Israel.  The Palestinian people have their own leader and their own state.  The Israeli military attacks against the Palestinian people is the illegal use of force against the territorial integrity, political independence and sovereignty of the Palestinian state and its people.
Condemnation of and segregation from anything connected to or affiliated with the so-called modern day “State of Israel” is based on the Talmud, the key fundamental doctrine of the Oral Tradition handed down by God to Moses on Mt. Sinai.
The Talmud in Tractate Kesubos (p. 111a), teaches that Jews shall not use human force to bring about the establishment of a Jewish state before the coming of the universally accepted Moshiach (Messiah from the House of David). Furthermore it states that we are forbidden to rebel against the nations and that we should remain loyal citizens and we shall not attempt to leave the exile which G-d sent us into, ahead of time.

UN Charter Article 2 states:
7. Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter; but this principle shall not prejudice the application of enforcement measures under Chapter Vll.
Sanctions against any state is an act of war.  UN Resolutions against any state is a violation of the state’s right to self-government.  It violates the sovereignty of a state.
A crime against peace, in international law, refers to “planning, preparation, initiation, or waging of wars of aggression, or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances, or participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the foregoing”  This definition of crimes against peace was first incorporated into the Nuremberg Principles and later included in the United Nations Charter.
This definition of the crime of aggression belongs to jus cogens, which is supreme in the hierarchy of international law and, therefore, it cannot be modified by, or give way to, any rule of international law but one of the same rank.
The “territorial integrity” rule means that it is a crime of aggression to use armed force with intent permanently to deprive a state of any part or parts of its territory, not excluding territories for the foreign affairs of which it is responsible;
The “political independence” rule means that it is a crime of aggression to use armed force with intent to deprive a state of the entirety of one or more of the prerequisites of statehood, namely: defined territory, permanent population, constitutionally independent government and the means of conducting relations with other States;
The “sovereignty” rule means that it is a crime of aggression to use armed force with intent to overthrow the government of a state or to impede its freedom to act unhindered, as it sees fit, throughout its jurisdiction.
1928, the Kellogg-Briand Pact, known as the General Treaty for the Renunciation of War, said:
The High Contracting Parties solemnly declare in the names of their respective peoples that they condemn recourse to war for the solution of international controversies, and renounce it, as an instrument of national policy in their relations with one another.
The interdiction of aggressive war was confirmed and broadened by the United Nations’ Charter, which states in article 2, paragraph 4 that;
All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.
The U.S. Army’s Law of Land Warfare (Field Manual 27-10) states:
498. Crimes Under International Law – Any person, whether a member of the armed forces or a civilian, who commits an act which constitutes a crime under international law is responsible therefore and liable to punishment. Such offenses in connection with war comprise:
a. Crimes against peace.
b. Crimes against humanity.
c. War crimes.
To initiate a war of aggression, therefore, is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole. ~ Robert H. Jackson
That is exactly what the United States and the United Nations has been doing since the end of WWII – planning, preparation, initiation, or waging of wars of aggression, or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances, or participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the foregoing and threatening and using force against the territorial integrity or political independence of states – Korea, Vietnam, Yugoslavia, the Soviet Union, Russia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and now against Iran and Syria.
Since the UN has threatened and has actually used deadly force against the territorial integrity or political independence of states, no state should ever recognize the authority of the UN as you have none.  The UN leaders and decision makers have not been elected by the people of any state.  The UN is a de facto, rogue, anti-sovereign, terrorist organization that imposes illegal sanctions against sovereign states and uses military force to overthrow the leaders of sovereign states .
The UN is an organized crime syndicate. They have mass murdered millions through UN sanctions and UN illegally authorized wars of aggression.  They are guilty of; war crimes, crimes against peace, crimes against humanity, complicity in torture, torture, mass euthanasia, mass poisoning, mass murder, genocide, espionage, sabotage, and numerous other heinous crimes against mankind.  It is about time the World put the UN out of the murdering business.  It is about time the World outlawed the outlaw terrorist organization called the United Nations.
What is the true purpose of the United Nations?  Immediately after WWII the Peacekeeping League of Nations was destroyed by the Nazi Germans in retaliation for defeating them in WWII. In its place the Nazi Germans formed you, the war mongering and mass murdering UN. The UN (the negative prefix un means – Opposite of; contrary to: unrest.) was formed to bring about global unrest. Once global unrest was achieved a New World Order governed by “The Four principles” (The Fourth Reich) – * One Leader * One Budget * One Programme and * One Office would be implemented.
Many now know and understand the clandestine agenda of the UN.  It is easy to understand once you uncover the link between the UN and the Reich. Reich is the territory or government of a German state, as the Holy Roman Empire (the Vatican), or First Reich , from 962 to 1806; the German Empire, or Second Reich, from 1871 to 1919 (Germany’s WWI); the Weimar Republic, from 1919 to 1933; and the Third Reich, from 1933 to 1945 (Nazi Germany’s WWII). The Nazi formed United Nations launched the “Delivering as One” initiative in 2007 – the Fourth Reich.
The Nazi war criminals formed many of the lawless International and national organizations we have today, including NATO (created by commanding officers and ex-multinational conscripts that made up the German Waffen SS army units), the CIA (created by former Gestapo agents to spy on, sabotage, torture and kill agents, military personal and political figureheads of the Soviet Union ), the WHO (created by former Auschwitz death camp scientists and physicians), NASA (created using former Nazi rocket scientists who were smuggled into the US in Operation Paperclip).
John F Kennedy knew of and tried to warn the World of the threat these groups posed to the safety and security of the nation he lead as president of the United States when he stated:
“For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence — on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. It conducts the Cold War, in short, with a war-time discipline no democracy would ever hope or wish to match.”
How many women and children have been murdered by the Israeli government in Gaza in the last 6 years of the Israeli military operations in Gaza?  Many times more than in Syria and Libya combined.  In just one Israeli military operation in Gaza in March 2009 Israel’s armed forces slaughtered 189 Palestinian children under the age of 15.  In that 3 week Israeli military campaign against Gaza 1,370 Palestinians were killed.  Last month, March 2012, Israel killed 23 and wounded 73 civilians in Israeli air strikes on Gaza.




Israel launched its holocaust 6 years ago, in the summer of 2006, by invading southern Lebanon.  After a 34 day bombing campaign of densely populated Beirut, over a thousand Lebanese civilians were killed, the Lebanese civil infrastructure was severely damaged, and the campaign displaced approximately one million Lebanese. After the ceasefire, some parts of Southern Lebanon remained uninhabitable for months due to unexploded cluster bomblets, a weapon banned by the UN security council for use in urban areas.
Has the United States or the UN imposed sanctions against Israel or threatened military action against Israel for Israel’s indiscriminate mass killing of the Palestinian civilian population?   Has either sent in UN monitors to protect the Gazan civilian population?  You know they haven’t.  Don’t care.  Perhaps you might after you see for yourself who the Israeli government and their IDF troops are really killing.  Perhaps you might if you saw their faces and read their names.
