Bush and Blair to be Tried for War Crimes

George W. Bush and Tony Blair to be tried for War Crimes in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
On November 19-22, 2011, the trial of George W Bush (former U.S. President) and Anthony L Blair (former British Prime Minister) will be held in Kuala Lumpur. This is the first time that war crimes charges will be heard against the two former heads of state in compliance with proper legal process.

Charges are being brought against the accused by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (KLWCC) following the due process of the law. The Commission, having received complaints from war victims in Iraq in 2009, proceeded to conduct a painstaking and an in-depth investigation for close to two years and in 2011, constituted formal charges on war crimes against Bush, Blair and their associates.

The Iraq invasion in 2003 and its occupation had resulted in the death of 1.4 million Iraqis. Countless others had endured torture and untold hardship. The cries of these victims have thus far gone unheeded by the international community. The fundamental human right to be heard has been denied to them.

As a result, the KLWCC had been established in 2008 to fill this void and act as a peoples’ initiative to provide an avenue for such victims to file their complaints and let them have their day in a court of law.

The first charge against George W Bush and Anthony L Blair is for Crimes Against Peace wherein:

The Accused persons had committed Crimes against Peace, in that the Accused persons planned, prepared and invaded the sovereign state of Iraq on 19 March 2003 in violation of the United Nations Charter and international law.
 
The second charge is for Crime of Torture and War Crimes against eight citizens of the United States and they are namely George W Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Alberto Gonzales, David Addington, William Haynes, Jay Bybee and John Yoo. wherein:

The Accused persons had committed the Crime of Torture and War Crimes, in that: The Accused persons had wilfully participated in the formulation of executive orders and directives to exclude the applicability of all international conventions and laws, namely the Convention against Torture 1984, Geneva Convention III 1949, Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Charter in relation to the war launched by the U.S. and others in Afghanistan (in 2001) and in Iraq (in March 2003); Additionally, and/or on the basis and in furtherance thereof, the Accused persons authorised, or connived in, the commission of acts of torture and cruel, degrading and inhuman treatment against victims in violation of international law, treaties and conventions including the Convention against Torture 1984 and the Geneva Conventions, including Geneva Convention III 1949.
 
The trial will be held before the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, which is constituted of imminent persons with legal qualifications.

The judges of the Tribunal, which is headed by retired Malaysian Federal Court judge Dato’ Abdul Kadir Sulaiman, also include other notable names such as Mr Alfred Lambremont Webre, a Yale graduate, who authored several books on politics, Dato' Zakaria Yatim, retired Malaysian Federal Court judge, Tunku Sofiah Jewa, practising lawyer and author of numerous publications on International Law, Prof Salleh Buang, former Federal Counsel in the Attorney-General Chambers and prominent author, Prof Niloufer Bhagwat, an expert in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and International Law, and Prof Emeritus Datuk Dr Shad Saleem Faruqi, prominent academic and professor of law.

The Tribunal will adjudicate and evaluate the evidence presented as in any court of law. The judges of the Tribunal must be satisfied that the charges are proven beyond reasonable doubt and deliver a reasoned judgement.

In the event the tribunal convicts any of the accused, the only sanction is that the name of the guilty person will be entered in the Commission’s Register of War Criminals and publicised worldwide. The tribunal is a tribunal of conscience and a peoples’ initiative.

The prosecution for the trial will be lead by Prof Gurdial S Nijar, prominent law professor and author of several law publications and Prof Francis Boyle, leading American professor, practitioner and advocate of international law, and assisted by a team of lawyers.

The trial will be held in an open court on November 19-22, 2011 at the headquarters of the Al- Bukhary Foundation at Jalan Perdana, Kuala Lumpur.

This stern warning came years before NATO´s aggression against Libya and it´s undeclared war in Syria and Pakistan. Following the recent deployment of US troops to Uganda, and military threats directed against Pakistan, the armed forces of NATO, Russia and China have never been as close to open and all out conflict as today. A recent and sobering report of the Russian Intelligence Service FSB, details the fact that the USA and NATO are currently planning and actively preparing for all out war on all continents. After the recent meeting between Russian P.M. Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Huan Jintao, both Russian and Chinese military forces have been placed on highest alert.             By Dr. Christof Lehmann
The speech of Russian President Vladimir Putin at the 43rd International Security Conference in Munich in 2007, and Putin´s statement, that the aggressive expansionism of NATO has brought the world more close to a third world war than it has ever been before, was sobering in 2007. That an all out conflict has been prevented until now however, is not based on the fact that NATO has changed it´s aggressive policy of military expansionism. Putin´s speech from 2007 was sobering then, and few understood it´s full implications. The developments of recent months, however, are eliciting the urgent need to stop a cycle of aggression that can only be described as megalomaniacs insanity.
Since the middle of September 2011 Russian politicians at Russia´s State Duma began discussing that NATO must significantly reduce it´s military footprint in the former Soviet Republics. By early October, those calls had developed into demands that Russia should assert it´s interests in the former Soviet republics, and especially in the South. Since the discontinuation of the USSR, and NATO´s war on Afghanistan, it has significantly increased it´s military footprint in Russian and Chinese neighbor states such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and not least in Georgia. The fact that Russian and NATO troops came into open armed conflict when Georgi attacked Ossetia, and not least the US backed armed insurgency in Chechnya are eliciting the fact that Russia is increasingly threatened. A clear response by Vladimir Putin to the State Duma´s demands for policy changes came on 3 October, after Putin had received the sobering Intelligence Report, that warned of US and NATO preparations of a global war. On 3 October, only days before his meeting with Jintao, Putin announced his plans for a Eurasian Union.
When Russia´s Prime Minister, and most likely winner of the next presidential elections, Vladimir Putin, met Chinese President Huan Jintao on 12 October, the official narrative elicited mutually beneficial friendship and treaties, trade and other relations. The most important reason for the sudden visit however, did not make the headlines. Before leaving for Beijing, Putin received a sobering report from the Russian Intelligence Service FSB. The FSB report to Vladimir Putin supported reports from the Chinese Intelligence Service and China´s Ministry of State Security, MSS, which were among other based on intelligence received via the former Blackwater operative Brian Underwood. Underwood is currently held in the US on charges of espionage. According to reliable sources, China has attempted to warn Russia of US and NATO plans to initiate a global armed conflict. This conflict has reportedly moved from the drawing board to an activation stage.
According to both Chinese and Russian Intelligence Sources, the US and NATO plans include among other, the deliberate implosion of the US- and EU Economies, destroying the worlds financial systems, and the launching of a massive conventional war throughout North America, Africa and Asia, as well as the Middle East. The war plans include the release of biological warfare agents designed to kill millions if not billions of people. The NATO strategists rely on their ability to sue for peace when the coming conflict is at it´s highest, to call for the establishment of a “New World Order” under the pretext of preventing the destruction of the planet and civilization as we know it. One of the preparatory stages was reportedly doctrinal and strategy changes wherein the training of it´s soldiers shifted from counter insurgency to more conventional warfare and tank on tank battles.
The FSB Report states that the activation of the conflict is to be expected sooner rather than later, since the US and NATO have pre-deployed 2000  M1 Abrams Battle Tanks in Iraq, and another 2000 in Afghanistan. In the area between the Middle East and Asia, tens of thousands of other armored vehicles are deployed. The FSB evaluates the situation as so threatening, that it explains in it´s report, that the only thing needed to activate the war plan is a call for the full mobilization of 1.5 Million US Reserves. Their activation can come at moments notice, and needs no further authorization by the US Congress.
The US plans for global dominance date back to as early as 1998 and the “Project for a New American Century, PNAC“. One of the think tanks members, former US Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, warned in September 2001, that if the war fails to significantly alter the worlds geopolitical map, the US will not achieve it´s aim to become the worlds only ad dominant superpower.
The war on Iraq was not only based on co-opting it´s oil. One of the main driving factors behind the decision to topple the Iraqi government was, that Iraq had begun trading the nations oil in Euro and not US-Dollar. The driving factors behind the aggression against Libya was the fact that Libya blocked for the development of the Mediterranean Alliance, lobbied for the establishment of a Pan-African, gold backed currency, and that it had supported the now ousted Laurent Gbagbo in Ivory Coast in his attempt to get Ivory Coast out of the CFA agreement. The CFA is a French Controlled currency used in eight African states, and France´s control over the CFA is one of the major supports of the French economy. The only country that so far has succeeded to withdraw from the US Dollar is Iran, that ended all trade of oil in US-Dollars in 2009. One of the reasons why Iran has not yet been attacked may be the fact that it has acquired a number of X-55 missiles with nuclear capabilities from the Ukraine. Russian Intelligence analysts how ever, generally perceive it as extremely unlikely that Ukraine did not deliver the nuclear warheads together with the missiles. Another reason why Iran has not yet been attacked may be it´s current support of NATO´s narrative of a popular revolution in Libya. Why precisely Iran is playing this dangerous diplomatic game is puzzling many analysts. It may be that Iran, knowing about the US and NATO war plans, would perceive the tying down of NATO forces in Northern Africa as a short lived insurance policy that can buy much needed time to prepare a defense against an anticipated attack.
Both China and Russia are outraged by NATO´s unprecedented abuse of UNSC Resolution 1973 and NATO´s war on Libya. Both the Russian and the Chinese veto of a resolution on Syria must be seen within the context of Russian and Chinese awareness of US and NATO plans to initiate a global war. The fact that the highest US Representative to the UN Susan Rice left the Security Counsel meeting in protest after the veto is not a sign of diplomacy being the modus for solving problems of global security either.
Recently the government of India agreed to let 20.000 Chinese troops to enter the Indian administrated part of Kashmir to counter the expected US and NATO aggression. Afghanistan has is signaling that it would be fighting along side Pakistan in case Pakistan would be attacked by the USA or NATO. Both China, Russia, Pakistan and Afghanistan discussed pressing security matters at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on 15 October. Most likely, the US and NATO preparations of an all out confrontation with Russia and China have been a central point of consideration in meetings behind the scenes. When the Russian Military was ordered on high alert, Vladimir Putin reportedly instructed high ranking military personnel to “Prepare for Armageddon“.
If the clock was 5 minutes to midnight in 2007, what time is it today. And will the people live up to their responsibility as citizens, to stop criminal governments. Failure to do so, may be failure to save ones own life and civilization as we know it.It is in deed high time that peace loving people throughout the world begin protesting against the mass murder that is planned against them, and support initiatives like those of former Malaysian Prime Minister Dr. Tun Mahatir Muhammad, to criminalize war.

For 40 years, or was it longer, I can't remember, I did all I could to give people houses, hospitals, schools, and when they were hungry, I gave them food. I even made Benghazi into farmland from the desert, I stood up to attacks from that cowboy Ronald Reagan, when he killed my adopted orphaned daughter, he was trying to kill me, instead he killed that poor innocent child. Then I helped my brothers and sisters from Africa with money for the African Union.

I did all I could to help people Understand the concept of real democracy, where people's committees ran our country. But that was never enough, as some told me, even people who had 10 room homes, new suits and furniture, were never satisfied, as selfish as they were they wanted more. They told Americans and other visitors, that they needed "democracy" and "freedom" never realizing it was a cut throat system, where the biggest dog eats the rest, but they were enchanted with those words, never realizing that in America, there was no free medicine, no free hospitals, no free housing, no free education and no free food, except when people had to beg or go to long lines to get soup.

No, no matter what I did, it was never enough for some, but for others, they knew I was the son of Gamal Abdel Nasser, the only true Arab and Muslim leader we've had since Salah-al-Deen, when he claimed the Suez Canal for his people, as I claimed Libya, for my people, it was his footsteps I tried to follow, to keep my people free from colonial domination - from thieves who would steal from us.

Now, I am under attack by the biggest force in military history, my little African son, Obama wants to kill me, to take away the freedom of our country, to take away our free housing, our free medicine, our free education, our free food, and replace it with American style thievery, called "capitalism" ,but all of us in the Third World know what that means, it means corporations run the countries, run the world, and the people suffer.

So, there is no alternative for me, I must make my stand, and if Allah wishes, I shall die by following His path, the path that has made our country rich with farmland, with food and health, and even allowed us to help our African and Arab brothers and sisters.

I do not wish to die, but if it comes to that, to save this land, my people, all the thousands who are all my children, then so be it.

Let this testament be my voice to the world, that I stood up to crusader attacks of NATO, stood up to cruelty, stoop up to betrayal, stood up to the West and its colonialist ambitions, and that I stood with my African brothers, my true Arab and Muslim brothers, as a beacon of light.

When others were building castles, I lived in a modest house, and in a tent. I never forgot my youth in Sirte, I did not spend our national treasury foolishly, and like Salah-al-Deen, our great Muslim leader, who rescued Jerusalem for Islam, I took little for myself...

Facebook has over 500 million users worldwide, is worth billions of dollars and, if internet sources are to be believed, was started by the CIA.
The social networking phenomenon started as a way of American college students to keep in touch. It is rapidly catching up with MySpace, and has left others like Bebo in its wake.
But there is a dark side to the success story that’s been spreading across the blogosphere. A complex but riveting Big Brother-type conspiracy theory which links Facebook to the CIA and the US Department of Defence.
The CIA is, though, using a Facebook group to recruit staff for its very sexy sounding National Clandestine Service.
Checking out the job ads does require a Facebook login, so if you haven’t joined the site – or are worried that CIA spooks will start following you home from work -check them out on the agency’s own site.
The story starts once Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg had launched, after the dorm room drama that’s led to the current court case.
Facebook’s first round of venture capital funding ($US500,000) came from former Paypal CEO Peter Thiel. Author of anti-multicultural tome ‘The Diversity Myth’, he is also on the board of radical conservative group VanguardPAC.
The second round of funding into Facebook ($US12.7 million) came from venture capital firm Accel Partners. Its manager James Breyer was formerly chairman of the National Venture Capital Association, and served on the board with Gilman Louie, CEO of In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm established by the Central Intelligence Agency in 1999. One of the company’s key areas of expertise are in “data mining technologies”.
Breyer also served on the board of R&D firm BBN Technologies, which was one of those companies responsible for the rise of the internet.
Dr Anita Jones joined the firm, which included Gilman Louie. She had also served on the In-Q-Tel’s board, and had been director of Defence Research and Engineering for the US Department of Defence.
In-Q-Tel is interesting company. Considering they’ve changed their name 3 times in 8 years and all their money comes from the CIA, that’s probably inevitable. Their website lays things out in simple and upfront terms (allegedly): In-Q-Tel was established in 1999 as an independent, private, not-for-profit company to help the CIA and the greater US Intelligence Community (IC) to identify, acquire, and deploy cutting-edge technologies. In-Q-Tel’s entrepreneurial strategic investment and technology advancement model gives it the agility - lacking within traditional government approaches - to help the IC benefit from the rapid pace of change in information technology and other emerging technology fields.
She was also an adviser to the Secretary of Defence and overseeing the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), which is responsible for high-tech, high-end development.
It was when a journalist lifted the lid on the DARPA’s Information Awareness Office that the public began to show concern at its information mining projects.
Wikipedia’s IAO page says: “the IAO has the stated mission to gather as much information as possible about everyone, in a centralised location, for easy perusal by the United States government, including (though not limited to) internet activity, credit card purchase histories, airline ticket purchases, car rentals, medical records, educational transcripts, driver’s licenses, utility bills, tax returns, and any other available data.”.
Not surprisingly, the backlash from civil libertarians led to a Congressional investigation into DARPA’s activity, the Information Awareness Office lost its funding.
Now it is believed that Facebook works as the IAO’s new mask.
Parts of the IAO’s technology round-up included ‘human network analysis and behaviour model building engines’, which Facebook’s massive volume of neatly-targeted data gathering allows for.
Facebook’s own Terms of use state: “by posting Member Content to any part of the Web site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to facebook an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, reformat, translate, excerpt and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorpoate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorise sublicenses of the foregoing.
And in its equally interesting privacy policy: “Facebook may also collect information about you from other sources, such as newspapers, blogs, instant messaging services, and other users of the Facebook service through the operation of the service (eg. photo tags) in order to provide you with more useful information and a more personalised experience. By using Facebook, you are consenting to have your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.”

Occupy Wall Street protesters wants the return of the interest free Greenback.

Wall Street is just a symptom within a much bigger problem. The root of the problem is the Federal Reserve.  The number one demand of the “Occupy Wall Street” protests is – “Get rid of the Federal Reserve”.  They know that the root of the economic crisis in the United States is the bankers of the privately owned Federal Reserve.  The protesters know that in order to fix the problem their government has to abolish the Federal Reserve and their unconstitutional control of the U.S. money.  Every time they look at the money in their wallets they see the root cause of all of their financial problems.  The root problem is that their money says “Federal Reserve Note” and not “United States Note”.  The “United States Note” or greenback is the only legal tender for the United States as they were issued as an interest-free and debt-free currency backed by silver reserves in the U.S. Treasury.
Ever since the Federal Reserve bankers illegally took away control of the U.S. money from Congress with the Federal Reserve Act in 1913, the U.S. currency has lost 96% of it’s purchasing power.  Before 1913 all U.S. money was coined by the U.S. Congress.  The United States Constitution only gave Congress the power to coin money and regulate the value thereof.  The Federal Reserve bankers have grossly violated the United States Constitution with the illegal passing of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913.  Occupy Wall Street protesters want to correct this grave error by abolishing the Federal Reserve and their worthless Federal Reserve Note.
But how do the American people get rid of the Federal Reserve?  The original Federal Reserve Act of 1913 provided for an expiration of the corporate “power” of the twelve Federal Reserve Banks.
Sec. 4 … the said Federal reserve bank shall become a body corporate and as such … shall have power: … Second. To have succession for a period of twenty years from its organization unless it is sooner dissolved by an Act of Congress, or unless its franchise becomes forfeited by some violation of law. Federal Reserve Act of 1913 (P.L. 63-43, 38 STAT. 251, 12 USC 221).
The Federal Reserve can be dissolved today with just one simple Act of Congress.  The power to coin money and to regulate the value thereof was illegally taken away from Congress and given to the unelected private bankers of the Federal Reserve Banks. It is within the power of the United States Congress to take back that right and to punish the bankers of the Federal Reserve Banks for illegally counterfeiting the securities and lawful coin of the United States.
If Congress refuses to dissolve the Federal Reserve then the Federal Reserve can still be forfeited by some violation of law.   This is codified in the United States Code, 12 U.S.C. § 341.  The code doesn’t specify what type of violation of the law so any violation of the law by the Federal Reserve is cause for immediate forfeiture of the Federal Reserve.
The Federal Reserve has violated the United States supreme law.  The U.S. Constitution – Article 1 Section 8 – Congress shall have the power “To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof”.   Other crimes committed by the Federal Reserve includes counterfeiting, money laundering, embezzlement, extortion, theft, fraud, wire fraud, securities fraud, and bribery.
To counterfeit means to illegally imitate something.  The worthless Federal Reserve Note is illegally printed to imitate the U.S. Dollar.  Only the United States Congress has the authority to coin the U.S. money and regulate the value thereof.  The United States Constitution clearly states that authority.  Nothing and no one can ever change that Constitutional authority, not even the Unconstitutional and therefore illegal Federal Reserve Act.
The Federal Reserve Note isn’t a U.S. dollar.  It is a worthless piece of paper masquerading, illegally, as a U.S. Dollar.  What does every American see printed at the top of the Federal Reserve counterfeit paper?  It doesn’t say United States Note, it says Federal Reserve Note.
Prominent Americans such as Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson have argued and fought against the central banking polices used throughout Europe.
A note issued by a central bank, such as the Federal Reserve Note, is bank currency. These notes are given to the government in exchange for an interest-bearing government bond. The primary means to pay for the interest on these bonds is to borrow more bank notes, thus beginning a vicious cycle that ultimately ends with the complete destruction of the currency and bankruptcy of the nation.  The Occupy Wall Street protesters now know that the Federal Reserve and its worthless counterfeit is the root cause of their financial crisis.  They are marching on Wall Street to demand that the Federal Reserve be abolished.   The Federal Reserve can be abolished today.  The bankers of the Federal Reserve are corrupt.  They knowingly and intentionally broke the laws of the United States.
The bankers of the Federal Reserve Banks are crooks and they have been robbing the United States people. The largest robbery in the United States history was carried out by the bankers of the Federal Reserve Banks. They stole over $16 trillion from the people of the United States in 2 elaborate fraudulent bailout schemes.
The bankers of the illegal Federal Reserve Banks need to be put out of the business of defrauding the United States people. They need to be arrested, charged and punished for their crimes against the United States and “the people”.
“This is the type of stuff we accused the communist and socialist governments of doing—interfering in free markets through currency manipulation,” declared Zubi Diamond, author of The Wizards of Wall Street. “What the Fed is doing is not good for free market capitalism and it is not good for America.”
In an interview with Accuracy in Media, Diamond went on to say, “The Fed is following the economic models of Third World countries by printing more money and devaluing their currencies. If you keep doing what Third World economies do, eventually you will become a Third World economy.”
Diamond said the result of the Fed’s policy will be to “increase the debt, devalue our currency and create a bigger problem that won’t solve the crisis.” Eventually, the United States will collapse because of the massive debt the Federal Reserve imposed on it.  This is what “Occupy Wall Street” protesters are trying to prevent.  They are trying to make the rest of the country see who and what is the root cause of their finaicial problems.  They are loudly voicing the only solution to this problem – “GET RID OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

US “Earthquake-Weapon” Strikes Turkey After Iraq Invasion

A ‘flash’ report received in the Kremlin today from the Black Sea Fleet states that the United States has attacked Turkey with one of its feared “Earthquake Weapons” in retaliation for that Eurasian nation’s massive invasion of Northern Iraq this past week.
According to this report, Russian monitoring stations in and around the Black Sea began monitoring a “rapid” heating of the ionosphere over the past 36 hours that culminated a couple of hours ago with a massive 7.3 magnitude earthquake striking eastern Turkey.
Important to note is that the heating of the ionosphere is a “trademark” of the “Earthquake Weapon” employed by the United States from their HAARP facilities located around the world and controlled from their main base in Alaska and was last detected being used this pat March against Japan and causing a massive 9.0 magnitude earthquake leading to the deaths of over 36,000.
As we had, also, reported on in our 14 January 2010 report US Quake Test Goes “Horribly Wrong”, Leaves 500,000 Dead In Haiti about these weapons:

The purpose of this attack, Russian Naval Intelligence officials say, was to “severely disrupt” Turkey’s massive ground invasion of Northern Iraq this past week in response to Iraqi Kurdish rebels killing of 26 Turkish soldiers on 4 days ago.
The “greater fear” of the United States, this report continues, is that Turkey’s invasion of Iraq will lead to a larger Middle Eastern war as Turkish military sources blame the growing power of the Kurds on Israel, but which publically they are only acknowledging as “other powers.”
Virtually unknown to the American people is that shortly after the US-led invasion of Iraq hundreds, if not thousands, of Israeli Special Forces troops poured into the Kurdish areas of Northern Iraq in order to build a “power base” to counter Turkey, Syria and Iran. This past August Iran further reported that Israel had, also, begun deploying drones to Northern Iraq too.
Russian intelligence analysts have long warned that the Americans “master plan” for the entire Middle East (some say the whole world) has been to partition the entire region back into its original tribal boundaries versus those currently existing drawn by the former British Empire in the aftermath of World War I that saw the defeat of the Ottoman Empire.
The success of this US “master plan” cannot be doubted as in the past 25 years alone they have succeeded in breaking apart the Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Iraq and now Libya, with plans currently in place to divide Turkey, Syria, Iran and Saudi Arabia next.
Turkey first became aware of the US plot to destroy them in 2006 when during a speech at NATO's Defense Training Center in Rome an American Army Officer used a map showing 18 cities in Turkey clearly marked inside an area labeled as “Kurdistan.”  Though the then US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld “apologized” for this map Turkish military officials were put “on notice” as to the true designs the Americans have against their nation, and which this latest attack is but one of many examples.
Though the full ramifications of this US strike against Turkey have yet to be evaluated, Russian Naval authorities have “cautioned” the Kremlin in this report that more attacks, if not outright war, should be considered as “imminent.”

The Nuremberg Tribunal condemned a war of aggression in the strongest terms: “To initiate a war of aggression . . . is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole.” It held individuals accountable for “crimes against peace”, defined as the “planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression, or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances, or participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the foregoing….” When the United Nations General Assembly unanimously affirmed the Nuremberg principles in 1946, it affirmed the principle of individual accountability for such crimes.

Barack Hussein Obama, David Cameron, Nicolas Sarkozy and Stephen Harper have breached the Geneva Convention with the willful planning, preparing and initiating of a war of aggression against Libya.  Libya did not attack the United States, France, the UK, Canada or any other foreign state.  Libyan leaders have only killed foreign paid mercenaries.  Mercenaries are not protected by the Geneva Convention.  Any leader of any country can kill any and all mercenaries who are actively  participating in acts of rebellion, revolt, sabotage, or any other act that seeks to overthrown the government.

If foreign mercenaries were to enter Canada and try to overthrow the government of Canada by acts of violence including rebellion, revolt, sabotage or armed attacks then the Canadian government would be legally permitted to use lethal force to either capture or eliminate the threat.  That is exactly what has happened in Libya.  Foreign mercenaries were paid by the United States government (through the CIA) and the Israeli government (through the Mossad) to infiltrate Libya to overthrow Muammar Gaddaffi.  Foreign paid and controlled mercenaries were ordered to use violence to overthrow the Libyan government.  For the sake of national security Gaddaffi ordered a crackdown against the violence initiated by the CIA / Mossad mercenaries who entered his country illegally to overthrown his government.  Gaddaffi forces have killed only foreign mercenaries (people not protected by the Geneva Convention).  It is French, United States, British and Canadian forces who are killing Libyan civilians in their illegal war of aggression against Libya.

Barack Hussein Obama, David Cameron, Nicolas Sarkozy and Stephen Harper have willfully participated in a common plan to launch an unprovoked armed attack against the territorial integrity and political independence of Libya.  News media reports from Canada, the U.S. and Europe unequivocally demonstrates that all the elements of a war crime are present.

Harper claims the UN has authorized the use of force against Libya.  The UN Security Council can never authorize the use of force by any UN member state against any other nation state.  UN Charter Article 2 Section 4

All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.

The UN Charter Article 2 Section 7 specifically forbids its members from participating in the kind of aggression that Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper has willfully planned for, prepared for and initiated against Libya.

Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter; but this principle shall not prejudice the application of enforcement measures under Chapter Vll.

In 1974, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a definition of aggression. It defined aggression as necessarily being the act of a State, and described the specific actions of one State against another which constitute aggression. In its work on the draft Code of Crimes against the Peace and Security of Mankind, the United Nations International Law Commission, echoing the Nuremberg Tribunal, also concluded that individuals could be held accountable for acts of aggression. The Commission indicated the specific conduct for which individuals could be held accountable — initiating, planning, preparing or waging aggression — and that only those individuals in positions of leadership who order or actively participate in the acts could incur responsibility.   Barack Hussein Obama, David Cameron, Nicolas Sarkozy and Stephen Harper can be held accountable for “initiating, planning, preparing or waging aggression” against the sovereign state of Libya and its people.  UN Resolution 1973 does not authorized the use of force against Libyan civilian infrastructure nor its elected leaders.  Use of force was unlawfully authorized (resolution is a violation of the UN Charter Article 2 Section 4 and 7) for the purpose of protecting civilians and civilian populated areas and no ‘foreign occupation force of any form is permitted.’

Barack Hussein Obama, David Cameron, Nicolas Sarkozy and Stephen Harper have not only prepared for and planned for a war of aggression against Libya and its civilian population it has and continues to launch air strikes that has destroyed civilian infrastructure and killed unknown numbers of civilians who were residing or working in those targeted and destroyed civilian buildings.

The United States, France, the UK nor Canada are not and can not become a safe haven for persons who willfully commit war crimes, crimes against humanity or other reprehensible acts regardless of who they might be, and when or where they commit their heinous and cowardly acts of aggression and assault against any civilian and any civilian population.

Under Canada’s War Crimes Program, war criminals and those responsible for crimes against humanity are not welcomed in Canada, whether the crimes were committed during World War II or more recently.

Having ratified the Geneva Convention, Canada incorporated its principles into domestic law through the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act. Under this domestic law, the RCMP can investigate government officials.  Stephen Harper and Peter MacKay can be put on trial in Canada for war crimes, crimes against humanity and murder.

It’s time to insist that the true war criminals be prosecuted, regardless of who they are.  It’s time for the heads of states of the United States, France, the UK and Canada to be formally charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity.  To try them and hold them accountable for the crimes they have feloniously, willingly, and willfully committed against the Libyan people. They have unlawful killed thousands of Libyan civilians with malice aforethought.  They are criminals.  Criminals must be held accountable for their crimes and they must be punished for their crimes.  Barack Hussein Obama, David Cameron, Nicolas Sarkozy and Stephen Harper are not above the law.  They all accountable to the law.

The Finnish government, in acknowledging this link, says it will pay for "lifetime medical care" for 79 children who have been irreparably damaged by the swine flu vaccine.
