美债违约又如何？
-最近几周围绕美国债务上限问题的讨论已进入白热化阶段，两党议员似乎正在玩一场“看谁胆子大”的游戏----谁有本事坚持到最后谁就算赢。如果你 相信现在流传的一些预言，或许会觉得哪怕美国只有一丁点儿公债违约，那就将是世界末日。严格说来，如果美国不能偿还某位债券持有人的本金或利息，即无法履 行偿债义务，现在正被热议的债务违约就将发生。呼吁提高债务上限的人认为，如果8月2日最后期限前还不能达成协议，那将是史无前例的，会导致可怕的后果。 不过个人倒是觉得没必要如此悲观。
在20世纪，美国政府至少出现过三次债务违约。
第一次是1934年。美国政府颁布法令禁止私人持有黄金，人们不能再凭金元券兑换金币。美国将黄金法定价格从1盎司兑20.67美元提高到1盎司兑35美元，相当于美元被贬值40%。
第二次是1968年。1934-1968年，美国联邦政府继续发行并负责兑换银元券。从1968年起，银元券不能再兑换银币或白银。
第三次是1971年。从1934-1971年，各国可以按官价用美元向美国兑换黄金。1971年，时任美国总统的尼克松宣布放弃将美元与黄金挂钩的金本位制，此举实际上意味着美国政府再次债务违约。
中国3.2万亿美元外汇储备主要来自于国内企业的出口收入，也就是“创汇”所得，都是一分一毫积累起来，或者民间常说的“老百姓的血汗钱”。而 由于外汇都已经被强制兑换成人民币在国内流通，这更是由全民来承担其流动风险和通胀压力，相当于央行和外管局在用人民币收取“铸币税”，所以外储理所当然 属于全民共有。在美国债务滑入违约边缘，并不保证对中国不违约，民间呼吁外储更多用于民生之际，外管局此番言论实有推脱责任之嫌!
7月26日，外管局在其官网发文,否认了外储是百姓“血汗钱”的说法。外汇局解释称，外汇储备形成过程中，企业和个人不是把外汇无偿交给国家， 而是卖给了国家，并获得了等值人民币。这些交易都是出于等价和自愿的原则，企业和个人的经济利益在外汇和人民币兑换时已经实现。来自央行的数据称,截至6 月末,中国外汇储备达到31974.91亿美元。
对于市场上热论的“可否分给民众或者是剥离一部分外汇储备成立主权养老基金”，外管局的逻辑却是超乎寻常，在回复中称，外汇储备不同于财政盈余资金，是中央银行在外汇市场购汇形成，在中央银行的资产负债表上对应着本币负债。
此外，外汇局还对“剥离一部分外汇储备成立主权养老基金，以充实我国社会保障体系”的建议予以驳斥。外汇局称，若免费使用外汇储备，性质上相当于中央银行随意印钞票，无节制地扩大货币发行，会造成通货膨胀等严重后果。外管局还是“藏汇于民”的失败作了雷人的辩解。
外储不是老百姓的，难道是你外管局的？
那么外储是不是百姓“血汗钱”呢?“外汇是央行出钱买的，个人与企业都拿到了等值的人民币。”若仅从形式上看没什么问题，但疑问是：央行的钱从何而来?是借的还是印的?
直接一点来说，中国的企业出口货物和服务换回美元，然后去外管局结汇，央行用人民币“买”回美元，这过程中已经开了一次印钞机。外管局的理由是：等值人民币已经给你了，根本不存在再给一次美元的问题。
如果外管局购买外汇的人民币是从央行“借”的，货币“池子”总量没变，但如果“钱”是印的—那么基础货币的发行就超量，这些人民币在国内是没有 对应商品的货币，从而使得国内流通中的货币增多，若是10元钱的货币等于购买5元钱的商品—也就出现了贬值与通胀。这就如同美国滥用美元地位、以“铸币 权”对全世界的财富掠夺，外管局和央行同样以人民币“铸币权”在国内掠夺人民财富。
再说的白一点，这就相当于：老百姓手上拿了100块钱，之前能买到一台电扇，现在央行为购汇印刷钞票，需要200块才能买到一台电扇了，百姓额 外付出的100元就相当于免费贡献给外储的所有者了，问题是，现在外管局和央行似乎认定这钱是自己腰包的(或者名义上是国家的)。
外管局显然大大低估了普通百姓的智商。
更不要说这些外汇的创造本身，就是中国人民辛勤劳动的成果，是中国人民以低工资、低福利、大量劳动、身体健康和环境破坏、污染甚至生命代价换来 的。众所周知，我国外汇储备主要来自我国对外贸易顺差、国际投资和国际热钱。这里面的“大头”贸易顺差是出口换来的，怎么说与百姓无关?
外汇储备实际上是创汇企业和居民的存款，并不属于国家所有。只是因为外汇不能在国内流通，所以存在指定的银行。而一旦结汇之后，国家用人民币买 下了这些外汇，同时我们实行的是强制结汇制度，因此外管局说外储属于国家所有，逻辑上倒也说得通。其实就是央行是以货币超发的条件，获得外储的产权。

美国众议院原本预计在29日凌晨举行的对共和党博纳的提案进行投票，吸引了无数关注，但随后有民主党人士透露，这一投票被推迟。8月2日大限逼 近，美债谈判僵局仍然未能打破。市场对美国出现债务违约的担忧逐渐增加。作为美国最大的海外债主，中国曾多次要求美国保证中国的投资安全，但美国今日的表 态可能要仍中国失望了。
美国主管能源与商务事务的助理国务卿琼斯•费尔南德斯28日表示，白宫目前还不能对中国承诺“美元不会违约”。这是美国首次公开就美国债务违约的可能性对中国表态。
美债上限谈判进入"读秒期"。若8月2日前，债务上限未能上调，"选择性优先支付"、"资产出售"以及"削减开支"，这三类紧急应对措施均将会对美国实体经济，甚至全球资本市场带来冲击。
由于美国国债在全球资本市场上被广泛用作质押品和资产证券化的基础资产，如果美债违约，评级下降，这一方面会导致以美国国债作为质押品的价值大 幅减扣，现金流动性需求大幅增加;另一方面将会导致和美国国债挂钩的资产证券化产品减少，流动供给大幅下降;需求上升，供给下降，全球资本市场流动性将会 紧缺。
虽然70%左右的美债由国内机构和居民持有，美债违约首先伤及国内。但中国手中持有庞大的美债，美债海外持有占比为31.5%，其中中国居首高达8.1%，约1.16万多亿美元，日本占6.4%。如果评级下调延长美元近期跌势的话，这将使美国国债出现“大幅贬值”。
而面对美债违约和缩水，看起来，中国的选择好像不是很多。部分问题在于中国外汇储备规模太大，相当大一部分必须是投资于美国国债，更在于除了美 债，我们无所可投。无奈的是，美国国债依然是全球最稳定、风险最小的债券，并且也只有美国国债市场才能吸收中国快速增加的外汇储备。
即使中国暗示自己有可能会出售部分美国债券，这也将引起其他国家出售自己所持的美国债券，进而导致中国所持债券贬值。“对中国来说，这将是金融 自杀。”更糟的是，如果美国发生债务违约，对中国影响并不仅是外汇储备损失，而是由此带来的美国经济乃至全球经济二次衰退，届时中国经济必然无法独善其 身。

诡异的是，外汇局的权威人士讲，不管是将外汇储备直接发放民众，还是投向民生领域，都会引发通胀。而众所周知，通胀没有那么多类别，货币超发是 根源。就在几个月前，外管局局长(同时也是央行副行长)在一次行业会议上还表示，去年年底时中国外汇储备累计为2.85万亿美元，央行为此抛出了将近20 万亿的人民币进行对冲。截止今年6月外储已近3.2万亿美元，今年上半年5.4%的CPI涨幅，外汇占款想必是幕后英雄。
外管局此番通胀恐吓，就好比“自己放了一把火，还在吓唬别人不许放火。”
我国采取的是外汇管制制度，对企业和个人所持有的外汇数量均有限制。并且规定企业销售所得外汇和外商来华投资资金，都必须兑换成人民币，亦是强制结汇政策。这一政策的长期实施，才是导致我国外储巨额增加的根源，亦成为通胀输入的渠道。
用中国国内承受通胀、低工资低福利和环境生存环境恶化的代价换来的巨额外储，夺得华而不实的“外储第一”名号,以及对外国居民尤其是美国人对中 国的大量“名义负债”。补贴这些高福利富国，我们为他们提供低廉资金，甚至蒙受本金不断贬损(美元贬值和通胀)，还要背的一身骂名，被人家指责操纵汇率、 导致全球失衡、自己不消费……
外汇储备即便拿出些用于改善福利，也不是国内通胀之源头，而只是一种回馈;而且国家完全可以用外汇购买资源、矿藏等在国内低价补贴居民，居民也不是不可以用外汇购买进口物品，这也是扩内需、促进口、促进国内经济转型的重要手段。
在国内外汇管制政策没有改变之前，老百姓手中的外汇投资渠道非常狭窄，外储就是分给民众确实发挥不了多大效用。目前对于外储的利用，主要是由国 家主权投资基金掌握着，用于海外股权投资、资源收购、国家债券等项目，但绝对不能就此认为“这些钱理所当然是国有企业的国家的”，甚至被某些利益阶层借此 占有。但从长远看，在外汇自由兑换、人民币国际化的大环境下，只有“还”汇于民，巨量外储才能够减轻压力。
外储亦是属于全民的财富，必须由民众来监督，让民众分享其投资所得，方是正途。于国于民都有利!

I am a Norwegian politician. I would like to say that difficult things will happen from the year 2008 till the year 2012.
The Norwegian government is building more and more underground bases and bunkers. When asked, they simply say that it is for the protection of the people of Norway. When I enquire when they are due to be finished, they reply “before 2011”.
Israel is also doing the same and many other countries too.
My proof that what I am saying is true is in the photographs I have sent of myself and all the
Prime Ministers and ministers I tend to meet and am acquainted with. They know all of this, but they don’t want to alarm the people or create mass panic.
Planet X is coming, and Norway has begun with storage of food and seeds in the Svalbard area and in the arctic north with the help of the US and EU and all around in Norway. They will only save those that are in the elite of power and those that can build up again: doctors, scientists, and so on.
As for me, I already know that I am going to leave before 2012 to go the area of Mosjøen where we have a deep underground military facility. There we are divided into sectors, red, blue and green. The signs of the Norwegian military are already given to them and the camps have already been built a long time ago.
The people that are going to be left on the surface and die with along the others will get no help whatsoever. The plan is that 2,000,000 Norwegians are going to be safe, and the rest will die. That means 2,600,000 will perish into the night not knowing what to do.
All the sectors and arks are connected with tunnels and have railcars that can take you from one ark to the other. This is so that they can be in contact with each other. Only the large doors separate them so that the sectors are not compromised in any matter.
I am very sad. Often I cry with others that know that so many will learn too late, and then it will all be over for them. The government has been lying to the people from 1983 till now. All the major politicians know this in Norway, but few will say it to the people and the public – because they are afraid in case they too will miss the NOAH 12 railcars that will take them to the ark sites where they will be safe.
If they tell anyone, they are dead for sure. But I don’t care any more about myself. Mankind must survive and the species must survive. People must know this.
All the governments in the world are aware of this and they just say it is going to happen. For those of the people that can save themselves I can only say reach for higher ground and find caves up in the high places where you can have a food storage for at least five years with canned food and water to last for a while. Radiation pills and biosuits are also advisable if your budget allows it.
For the last time I say may God help us all… but God will not help us I know. Only each person individually can make a difference. Wake up, please…!

● 月亮呀，你到底來自何處？
月 亮，跟隨地球不知多少年了？也許地球上還沒有人類之前，它就在天天看著地球。以前，大家都說月裡有一座廣寒宮，住著一位古代美女嫦娥，一隻白兔，還 有一位天天在砍伐桂樹的吳剛。然而，在 1969 年７月１９日，美國太陽神十一號太空船登陸月球，沒有看到廣寒宮，也沒有找到嫦娥和白兔，更沒有桂樹和吳剛， 於是許多人的美麗幻想成為科學的失望。

原 本多數科學家相信第一種說法，也有少數相信第二種說法，可是自從太空人登上月球，取回不少月球土壤，經化驗分析知道月球成和地球不同，地球是鐵多矽少，月 球是鐵少矽多，地球鈦礦很少，月球很多，因此證明月球不是地球分出去的，第二種說法站不住腳了。同樣的原因，也使得第一個假說動搖了，因為，如果地求和月 球是在四十六億年前經過相同過程形成的，那麼成分應該一樣才對，為何差異會那麼大呢？所以，科學家只好也放棄第一種說法。只剩第三種說法了，可是如果是其 他地方飛來的星體，飛進太陽系後，太陽引力比地球引力大很多，照理講月球應該受到太陽的引力 而飛向太陽，不是受到地球的引力留在地球上空的。
這三種『正統科學家』提出的假說，沒有一項能解答所有疑問，也沒有一項禁得起嚴格的質問。事實上，時至今日，『月球來自何處』，仍是天文學未定之論。也因此任何人都可以提出自己月亮起源的看法，不管多離奇，他人是不能用任何『不科學』的字眼來批評的。
● 日月與地球之間的奇妙
現 在舉出一個大家都想不到的天文上的奇妙現象，讓大家用心想一想。月球離地球，平均距離約為三十八萬公里。太陽離地球，平均距離約為一億五千萬公里。兩兩相 除，我們得到太陽到地球的距離約為月球到地球的三九五倍遠。太陽直徑約為一百三十八萬公里，月球直徑約為三千四百多公里，兩兩相除，太陽直徑約為月球的三 九五倍大。三九五倍，多麼巧合的數字，它告訴我們什麼信息？
大家想想看，太陽直徑是月球的三九五倍大，但是太陽卻離地球有三九五倍遠，那麼，由於距離抵消了大小，使這兩個天體在地球上空看起來，它們的圓面就得一樣大了！這個現象是自然界產生，或是人為的？宇宙中那有如此巧合的天體？
從地面上看過去，兩個約略同大的天體，一個管白天，一個管夜晚，太陽系中，還沒有第二個同例。
著名科學家艾西莫夫曾說過：『從各種資料和法則來衡量，月球不應該出現在那裡。』
他又說：『月球正好大到能造成日蝕，小到仍能讓人看到日晷，在天文學上找不出理由解釋此種現象，這真是巧合中的巧合！』
難 到只是巧合嗎？有些科學家並不這樣認為。科學家謝頓在《贏得月亮》一書中說：『要使太空船在軌道上運行，必須以每小時一萬八千哩的速度在一百哩的太空中飛 行才行，同理，月球要留在現有的軌道上，與地球引力取得平衡，也需有精確的速度、重量和高度才行。』問題是：這樣的條件不是自然天體做得到的，那麼，為何 如此？
● 作衛星它太大了
太陽系若干行星擁有衛星，這是自然現象，但是我們的月球卻有一個『不自然』的大小，也就是說做為一個衛星，它的體積和母親行星相比實在是太大了。我們 來看看下列數據：地球直徑12756 公里，衛星月球直徑3467公里，是地球的百分之二十七。
火星直徑6787公里，有兩個衛星，大的一個直徑23公里，是火星的百分之0.34。木星直徑142800公里，有十三個衛星，最大的一個直徑5000公里，是木星的百分
之三．五。土星直徑120000公里，有二十三個衛星，最大的一個直徑4500公里，是土星的百分之三．七五。
看一看，其他行星的衛星，直徑都沒有超過母星的百分之五，但是我們的月球卻大到百分之二十七，這樣比較之後，是不是發現月球實在『大的不自然』了。這個資料，又在告訴我們，月球的確不尋常。
● 隕石坑都太淺了
科 學家告訴我們，月球表面的坑洞是隕石和慧星撞擊形成的。地球上也有一些 隕石坑，科學家計算出來，若是一顆直徑十哩的隕石，以每秒三萬哩的速度（等於一百萬噸黃色炸藥的威力）撞到地球或月球，他所穿透的身度應該是直徑的四到五 倍。地球上的隕坑就是如此，但是月球上的就奇怪了，所有的隕坑竟然都『很淺』，以月球表面最深的加格林坑（Gagrin Crater）來說，只有四哩，但它的直徑卻有一百八十六哩寬！直徑186 哩，深度最少應該有七百哩，但事實上加格林坑的深度只是直徑的百分之二而已，這是科學上的不可能。
為什麼如此？天文學家無法圓滿解釋，也不去解釋，因為心裡清楚，一解釋就會推翻所有已知的月球知識。因為，只能用月球表面約四哩深處下有一層很堅硬的物質結構，無法讓隕石穿透，所以，才使所有的隕石坑都很淺。那麼，那一層很硬 的物質結構是什麼？
● 不可能存在的金屬
月 球隕石坑有極多的熔岩，這不奇怪，奇怪的是這些熔岩含有大量的地球上極稀有的金屬元素，如鈦、鉻、釔等等，這些金屬都很堅硬、耐高溫、抗腐蝕。科學家估 計，要熔化這些金屬元素，至少得在兩、三千度以上的高溫，可是月球是太空中一顆『死寂的冷星球』，起碼三十億年以來就沒有火山活動，因此月球上如何產生如 此多需要高溫的金屬元素呢？而且，科學家分析太空人帶回來的380 公斤月球土壤樣品後，發現竟含有純鐵和純鈦，這是自然界不會有純鐵礦。這些無法解釋的 事實表示了什麼？表示這些金屬不是自然形成的，而是人為提煉的。那麼問題就來了，是誰在什麼時候提煉這些金屬的？
● 地球上看不到的那一面
月 球永遠以同一面對著地球，它的背面直到太空船上去拍照後，人類才能一窺容顏。以前天文學家認為月球背面應和正面差不多，也有很多隕坑和熔岩海。但是，太空 船照片卻顯示大為不同，月球背面竟然相當崎嶇不平，絕大多數是小隕坑和山脈，竟然只有很少的熔岩海。此種差異性，科學家無法想出解答，照理論言，月球是太 空中自然星體，不管那一面受到太空中的隕石撞擊的機率應該相同，怎會有內外之分呢？
月球為何永遠以同一面向著地球？科學家的說法是說它的以每小時 16.56 公里的速度自轉，另一方面也在繞著地球公轉，它自轉一周的時間『正好』和公轉一周的時間相同，所以月球永遠以一面向著地球。太陽系其他行星的 衛星都沒有這種情形，為何月球『正好』如此，這又是一種巧合中的巧合？難到除了巧合之外，不能找一些其他的解釋嗎？
● 數百年來的怪異現象
月球曾發生過不少無解的現象，數百年來的天文學家不知已看過多少次了。
1671年，三百年前的科學家卡西尼就曾發現月球上出現一片雲。
1786 年四月，現代天文學之父威廉赫塞爾發現到月球表面似乎有火山爆發，但是科學家認為月球在過去三十億年來已沒有火山活動了，那麼這些『火山』是什 麼？1843年曾繪製數百張月球地圖的德國天文學家約翰史谷脫，發現原來約有十公里利尼坑正在逐漸變小，如今，利尼坑只是一個小點，周圍全是白色沉積物， 科學家不知原因為何？
1882年四月二十四日，科學家發現月球表面『亞里斯多德區』出現不明移動物體。1945年十月十九日，月面『達爾文牆』出現三個明亮光點。
1954年七月六日晚上，美國明尼蘇達州天文台長和其助手，觀察到皮克洛米尼坑裡面，出現一道黑線，過不久就消失了。
1955年九月八日，『泰洛斯坑』邊緣出現兩次閃光。
1956年九月二十九日，日本明治大學的豐田博士觀察到數個黑色物體，似乎排列成ＤＹＡＸ和ＪＷＡ字型。
1966 年二月四日，蘇俄無人探測船月神九號登陸『雨海』後，拍到兩排塔狀結構物，距離相等，依凡桑德生博士說：『它們能形成很強的日光反射，很像跑道旁的記 號。』依凡諾夫博士從其陰影長度估計，大約有十五層樓高，他說：『附近沒有任何高地能使這些岩石滾落到現在位置，並且成幾何形式排列。』
另外，月神九號也在『風暴海』邊緣拍到一個神秘洞穴，月球專家威金斯博士因為自己也曾在卡西尼Ａ坑發現一個巨大洞穴，因此他相信這些圓洞是通往月球內部。
1966年十一月二十日，美國軌道二號探測船在距『寧靜海』四十六公里的高空上，拍到數個金字塔形結構物，科學家估計高度在十五至二十五公尺高，也是以幾何形式排列，而且顏色比周圍岩石和土壤要淡，顯然不是自然物。
1967年九月十一日，天文學家組成的蒙特婁小組發現『寧靜海』出現『四周呈紫色的黑雲』。這些奇異現象，不是一般人的外行發現，全是天文學家和太空船探測器的報告，意味著：月球有人類未知的神祕！
● 月面上的不明飛行物
1968 年十一月二十四日，太陽神八號太空船在調查將來的登陸地點時，遇到一個巨大的有十平方英里大的幽浮，但在繞行第二圈時，就沒有再看到此物體，它是什麼？沒 人知曉。太陽神十號太空船也在離月面上空五萬呎的地方，突然有一個不明物體飛升，接近他們，這次遭遇拍下了紀錄片。1969年七月十九日，太陽神十一號太 空船載著三位太空人奔向月球，他們將成為第一批踏上月球的地球人，但是在奔月途中，太空人看到前方有個不尋常物體，起初以為是農神四號火箭推進器，距 他們有六千英里遠。
太空人用雙筒望遠鏡看，那個物體呈Ｌ狀，阿姆斯狀說：『像個打開的手提箱。』再用六分儀去看，像個圓筒狀。
另一位太空人艾德林說：『我們也看到數個小物體掠過，當時有點振動，然後，又看到這較亮的物體掠過。』
七月二十一日，當艾德林進入登月小艇做最後系統檢查時，突然出現兩個幽浮，其中一個較大且亮，速度極快，從前方平行飛過後就消失，數秒鐘後又出現，此時兩個物體中間射出光束互相連接，又突然分開，以極快速度上升消失。
在太空人要正式降落月球時，控制台呼叫：『那裡是什麼？任務控制台呼叫太陽神十一號。』
太陽神十一號如此回答：『這些寶貝好巨大，先生......很多....噢，天呀，你無法相信，我告訴你，那裡有其他的太空船在那裡......在遠處的環形坑邊緣，排列著......他們在月球上注視著我們....』
蘇俄科學家阿查查博士說：『根據我們截獲的電訊顯示，在太空船一登陸時，與幽浮接觸之事馬上被報告出來。』
1969 年十一月二十日，太陽神十二號太空人康拉德和比安登陸月球，發現幽浮。1971年八月太陽神十五號，1972年四月太陽神十六號，1972年十二月太陽神 十七號......等等的太空人也都在登陸月球時見過幽浮。科學家蓋利曾說過：『幾乎所有太空人都見過不明飛行物體。』

1968 年十一月二十四日，太陽神八號太空船在調查將來的登陸地點時，遇到一個巨大的有十平方英里大的幽浮，但在繞行第二圈時，就沒有再看到此物體，它是什麼？沒 人知曉。太陽神十號太空船也在離月面上空五萬呎的地方，突然有一個不明物體飛升，接近他們，這次遭遇拍下了紀錄片。1969年七月十九日，太陽神十一號太 空船載著三位太空人奔向月球，他們將成為第一批踏上月球的地球人，但是在奔月途中，太空人看到前方有個不尋常物體，起初以為是農神四號火箭推進器，距 他們有六千英里遠。
太空人用雙筒望遠鏡看，那個物體呈Ｌ狀，阿姆斯狀說：『像個打開的手提箱。』再用六分儀去看，像個圓筒狀。

在太空人要正式降落月球時，控制台呼叫：『那裡是什麼？任務控制台呼叫太陽神十一號。』
太陽神十一號如此回答：『這些寶貝好巨大，先生......很多....噢，天呀，你無法相信，我告訴你，那裡有其他的太空船在那裡......在遠處的環形坑邊緣，排列著......他們在月球上注視著我們....』
蘇俄科學家阿查查博士說：『根據我們截獲的電訊顯示，在太空船一登陸時，與幽浮接觸之事馬上被報告出來。』

● 空心的太空船月球
1970年，俄國科學家柴巴可夫（Alexgander Scherbakov）和米凱威新（Mih- kai Vasin）提出一個令人震驚的『太空船月球』理論，來解釋月球起源。他 們認為月球事實上不是地球的自然衛星，而是一顆經過某種智慧生物改造的星體，加以挖掘改造成太空船，其內部載有許多該文明的資料，月球是被有意的置放在地 球上空，因此所有的月球神秘發現，全是至今仍生活在月球內部的高等生物的傑作。當然這個說法被科學界嗤之以鼻，因為科學界還沒有找到高等智慧的外星人，但 是，不容否認的，確是有許多資料顯示月球應該是『空心』的。
最 令科學家不解的是，登月太空人放置在月球表面的不少儀器，其中有『月震儀』，專用來測量月球的地殼震動狀況，結果，發現震波只是從震央向月球表層四周擴散 出去，而沒有向月球內部擴散的波，這個事實顯示月球內部是空心的，只有一層月殼而已！因為，若是實心的月球，震波也應該朝內部擴散才對，怎麼只在月表擴散 呢？
● 從新架構新月球
現在，我們可以來重新架構月球理論：月球是空心的，月殼分為兩層，外殼岩石及礦物層，像是自然的星體，由於隕石撞擊月球後，只能穿透這一層，已知隕坑的深度都不深，最深只有四哩，所以此層厚度最多五哩。月 球內殼是堅硬的人造金屬層，厚度不知道，也許只有十哩，成分含有鐵、鈦鉻等，能耐高溫、高壓、腐蝕，是一種地球人未知的合金。因為太空人安裝在月球表面的 月震儀顯示震波只在月表傳遞，而不深入內部，可見月球的確只有這兩層月殼。既然如此，月球就不是自然界的，它是人造的，造它的『人』經過精細計算，將月球 從他們的星系運到太陽系來，擺在現在的位置，使地面上的人能在夜間看到它，而且和太陽一樣大。
所 以，月球起源的三種理論都不對。『造月的人』讓月球永遠以一面向著地球，因為這一面有不少控制地球的設備。他們自己住在月球背面的內部，因為月球表面日夜 溫差太大，中午最熱是攝氏127度，夜間最冷是零下183 度，不適合居住，所以都住在內部。他們已發展出飛碟，經常飛出外面作些研究或修護儀器，並注意地球人的動靜，有時被地球太空人看到，有時被地面上的望遠鏡 觀測到。『造月的人』是那一種外星人？他們來此有多久了？我們目前都還不知道。也許不久，地球人就能知道月球的真相了。

近日，一则“亚丁湾存在‘星际之门’”的消息引发不少读者关注。有传言称，早在2009年12月9日，整个挪威北部天空中突然出现一个蓝色漩涡状光圈，就像计算机合成的。挪威极光消失一个月左右，亚丁湾附近出现一个巨大的磁场,可以开启时空虫洞的星际之门。
更有网友猜测：近日，美国NASA宣布发现了一个新的年轻的黑洞，形成刚刚30年，距地球5000万光年。NASA宣布这条消息是为了转移公众对另一个重大事件的注意力，那就是亚丁湾星际之门的开启。

王思潮还联想到，去年12月在挪威出现的螺旋状UFO，也没有事实依据、科学依据表明它与海底的“星际之门”有关。“我自己研究螺旋状UFO已有39年，对未知事物的探索应重事实依据和科学依据，而不是牵强附会去猜测。”

昨天，记者采访了中科院紫金山天文台王思潮教授。王思潮认为，挪威的这个光圈的确是螺旋状UFO，但是亚丁湾的磁场并不意味着能产生所谓的星际之门。
“我们先抛开亚丁湾到底有没有强大磁场这个说法。即便真有，那也不能说明就有星际之门的存在。”王思潮认为，地球本身磁场的分布就不均匀，比如有个山区底下磁铁矿多，磁场就会比较强。
我国有了自己的“观测网”
王思潮告诉记者，和过去的“单打独斗”不同，现在我国的UFO观测已经有了自己的“观测网”。
他说，UFO的特点是不期而遇，又飘然消逝，出现的持续时间往往只有几分钟至十几分钟，有时达到几十分钟，这种捉摸不定的特点给目前专业天 文观 测带来很大的困难，而且，即使有一个天文台碰巧观测到UFO，光靠一个地点的光学观测也无法确定UFO的飞行高度、飞行方向、飞行速度和"星下点"位置。 因此，分布在全国各地的水平较高的天文爱好者队伍就形成一张有效的观测网。
螺旋状UFO有可能是外星飞行器
螺旋状UFO和我们常说的球状UFO有什么区别？王思潮介绍说，螺旋状、球状、扇状UFO都是比较常见的三种UFO类型。“这三种类型主要 发生 在几百公里以上的高空。”它们之间的区别，主要还是飞行器飞行的速度和喷射的状态。如果飞行器一边喷射，一边飞行，那观测到的就是螺旋状UFO；如果飞行 速度极快，观测到的就是球状UFO；如果飞行器在喷射的时候，角度不是一整圈，观测起来就是扇状UFO。
“根据我的研究，螺旋状和扇状UFO可能是外星飞行器。”王思潮说，就拿1981年那次螺旋状UFO来说，高度达到了650公里。想要在这 个高 度上飞行，飞行器的速度一定要很快，起码要在第一宇宙飞行速度以上。“可能外星生命是‘派’了高智能机器人坐着外星飞行器来地球的。”

12月8日傍晚，欧洲核子研究中心CERN在瑞士的大型强子对撞机，用 人类目前最高的2兆3600亿电子伏特能量，成功破坏了构成原子的粒子。随后， 通过美国Haarp以及欧洲EISCAT雷达的作用，在负责加热电离层的科学家的操作下，向设置在挪威Ramfjordmoen的巨大的部分反射中波 （MF）大气雷达基地，传送了“量子“。随后，MF雷达天线用2.43MHz的脉冲电流，将传送”量子“的高能光线垂直送上挪威上空，穿越超高层（地外） 大气层。

亚丁湾（英文：Gulf of Aden;阿拉伯语：خليج عدن;索马里语: Khaleejka Cadan)，系以也门的海港亚丁为名,是指位于也门和索马里之间的一片阿拉伯海水域，它通过曼德海峡与北方的红海相连。

索马里海盗案是一起既让国际社会烫手的山 芋，又“趣味丛生”的国际外交现象。说索马里海盗案烫手，是因为日益猖獗的索马里海盗仅仅在今年就制造了近40起劫持外国船只事件，收取赎金总计数千万美 元，这其中就包括震惊全世界的劫持运载着33辆俄制T-72主战坦克的乌克兰军火船事件。也难怪国际海事局称索马里海域为世界上最危险海域之一。说索马里 海盗案“趣味丛生”，是因为从国际社会，特别是少数大国的反应来看，他们对待索马里海盗案的心态和行动透露出了某种奥妙和玄机，从而颇有一些“看头”。
一、索马里海盗案的“看头”在哪里？
在这里，有必要温习一下索马里海盗案引发全 球关注的经过。最初的索马里海盗是在上世纪90年代一批自发组织起来的地方武装，他们自称为“海上警卫队”，目标是对付那些在索马里领海和经济专属区内捕 鱼或倾倒有毒物质的船只。但很快他们就发现，劫持外国船只和船员并以此勒索赎金，是一项回报丰厚的“产业”。然而，在2006年下半年带有原教旨主义色彩 的反政府组织“伊斯兰法院联盟”控制索马里中南部地区期间，该组织曾出动部队清缴了海盗在陆地上的据点，其严厉的打击行动使得当地海盗一度偃旗息鼓。但随 后，埃塞俄比亚出兵索马里帮助过渡政府击溃了“伊斯兰法院联盟”，后者则与其他一些反政府武装一起在索境内展开了游击战。索过渡政府忙于应付首都以及过渡 议会驻地拜多阿等少数几个重要城镇的袭击事件，根本无力顾及其他地区，这给了海盗东山再起的机会。于是海盗们在2007年再度活跃起来，劫持了一批外国船 只，也从中获得了丰厚的回报。
进入2008年以来，尝到“甜头”的海盗迅 速扩军，人数从以往的100人左右猛增至1100人以上。今年7月20日至今，他们已经成功劫持至少16艘外国船只，其中一些船支付的赎金高达每艘200 万美元。这样的天文数字对于绝大多数索马里人来说是想都不敢想的，当越来越多的索马里人陷入生存危机时，通过勒索赎金一夜暴富的海盗们则相当“逍遥自 在”。他们不仅不必担心自己有入狱的危险——因为这个国家几乎没有法律体系，而且还挥金如土，用大把的金钱买豪车、建别墅，举办奢华婚礼，娶妻纳妾。海盗 的奢华生活极大刺激了周围人的神经，诱使越来越多贫穷而且对未来失去信心的索马里人走上了犯罪道路。
直到2008年9月25日，乌克兰“法伊 尼”号货船在索马里附近海域遭海盗劫持，船上载有21名船员、33辆T-72型主战坦克和枪榴弹发射器等武器弹药，才引发了国际社会和舆论的普遍关注。问 题的关键也就在这里，乌克兰的货船被海盗劫持，最受惊动和采取紧急行动的国家当属乌克兰才对，可实际情况不是这样子的。首先是美国军舰闻风而动，立即将在 附近海域执行反恐任务的三艘战舰派往事发海域，对海盗船穷追不舍，最后将海盗与被劫船只包围。紧接着，俄罗斯在第一时间表明了强硬态度：肇事一方必须无条 件放船放人，武力护航势在必行。并且，俄罗斯也派出一支舰队进行围捕。世界上两大军事强国的同时现身不禁让人产生联想，为什么是美国和俄罗斯，而不是乌克 兰和其他国家在第一时间现身？
有意思的是，美俄两国这一杀鸡给猴看的战术 并未奏效。10月1日，索马里海盗又在亚丁湾袭击了4艘船只。这不禁令人生疑，索马里海盗仅仅是海盗这么简单？海盗猖獗使索马里海域处于“危急水平”，国 际水路受到空前威胁。于是就在之后的10月2日，联合国安理会一致通过一项决议，授权外国军队在索马里政府同意的情况下，进入索马里领海打击海盗活动。
二、为什么说索马里海盗案背后存在大国利益？
美俄两国分别在第一时间抵达乌克兰货船被劫地点，表面上看是履行国际安全责任，体现大国风范的表现，而实际上，索马里海盗案在很大程度上又可以看作是美俄这一对宿敌之间的又一场外交战。

首先，无论是美国还是俄罗斯，在乌克兰“法 伊尼”号货船被索马里海盗劫持的时候都没有非出兵不可的理由，然而这两国却为自己“找”到了出兵的理由。以俄罗斯为例，同为海军强国的美国已经率先做出反 应，立即将在附近海域执行反恐任务的三艘战舰派往事发海域，在这种情况下，一向逞强、不甘心屈居美国人之下的俄罗斯没有袖手旁观的道理。特别是美国军舰意 识到海盗的武器装备远超自己预料从而不得已围而不攻的时候，俄罗斯就更舍不得放弃这个施展实力的机会，不希望让美国人专美于前，于是毅然将黑海舰队紧急调 往，对于俄罗斯来说，此举极具战略意义。
其次，相对于美国而言，俄罗斯更急于表现自 己。近些年来，除去军事上仍然保持着强国地位，在美国眼里，俄罗斯在其它方面已经成为了不折不扣的“小国”，而这一现实是俄罗斯国民和领导人极不情愿看到 的，特别是在普京的强有力领导下，俄罗斯从不轻易放弃任何一个施展拳脚，向世界显示信心和强硬的机会，尤其值得一提的是，俄罗斯曾处理过多起严重的人质事 件，尽管最后的结果不如人意，但在处理这类危机方面，俄罗斯与其他国家相比，无论是经验还是教训都“出类拔萃”，遇到海盗劫持大宗军火和人质事件，俄罗斯 于情于理都应该有所反应。因此，在乌克兰“法伊尼”号货船被索马里海盗劫持的时候，俄罗斯故伎重演。
最后，索马里地处“非洲之角”，扼守着亚丁湾这一进出红海的海上战略要道，驶经地中海，穿越苏伊士运河，再从亚丁湾驶往印度洋，是一条“黄金水道”，因此一直是其它国家、特别是美俄等大国竞相争夺控制的对象。面对这样一个“必争之地”，美俄两国岂有拱手相让之礼。
其实，对索马里海峡虎视眈眈的岂止美俄两 国，深知“黄金水道”之便和深受其利的所有国家都对她存在幻想。10月9日，北约成员国国防部长就表示，北约将尽快派遣军舰前往索马里附近海域。这是继俄 美介入此海域后的又一国际军事力量。此外，日本政府正考虑向索马里海域派遣海上自卫队舰艇及侦察机，以配合西方各国的清剿海盗任务。麻生太郎在自民党党员 会议上就称，“打击海盗的政策非常重要，希望各位支持向索马里派遣自卫队的法案。”同时，日本防卫大臣滨田靖一也在当天的众议院特别会议上呼吁，除了海上 自卫队舰艇，日本政府还应该派遣多架P 3C 空中侦察机赴索马里海域。印度也不甘示弱，印度国防部17日宣布派遣一艘配备直升机和突击队员的大型战舰前往索马里与也门之间的亚丁湾水域，保护本国商船 安全通过这一海盗频繁出没区域。并且，印度和美国海军18日开始举行了为期一周的联合演习，加强打击海盗领域合作。这次海上演习代号“马拉巴尔”，地点位 于印度西部果阿邦附近印度洋。参演舰艇包括美国海军“罗纳德·里根”号核动力航空母舰和印度海军“孟买”号驱逐舰。印度海军说，参演部队有大约8500 人。谈及演习目的，印度海军少将阿尼尔·乔普拉说，随着海盗问题越来越为国际社会关注，两国有必要互相了解对方打击海盗的方式。
至此，索马里海盗案背后存在大国利益已经表现得淋漓尽致了。
三、索马里海盗案背后的大国利益走向何方？
从目前的情况来看，索马里海盗案在大国间所 引发的“竞赛”还将持续很长一段时间。有例为证，面对被美海军包围的不利局面，以及国际社会不断加大的军事压力，劫持“费那”号货轮的非法武装分子已显示 软化立场，海盗发言人阿里日前通过卫星电话向美联社表示，他们欢迎“展开公平谈判”。不过阿里同时警告说，如果外国势力用武力来结束这场对峙，那么将“给 世界带来更多麻烦”。
海盗发言人阿里或许是讹诈，或许是恐吓，但 他的“警告”足心表明索马里海盗区别于普通海盗的特别之处，正如海盗们一直所强调的，“我们并不认为自己是海盗。我们一般将那些在索马里水域非法捕鱼、倾 倒有毒垃圾和携带武器的人看作是海盗。我们只是在对索马里水域进行巡逻，就像海岸警卫队。”“索马里多年来遭受了巨大破坏，皆因这些武器。我们不希望这种 苦难和混乱局面继续下去。我们不会将这些武器扔进海里，我们只要钱。”“除了现金，我们不要任何东西。”海盗并不“可怕”，“可怕”的是我们生活在一个尊 重生命、尊重人权的时代，而海盗们正好掐住了我们的命门。
于是，我们也很容易判断，诚如国际社会联合 打击索马里海盗成为了一场持久战役一样，大国间基于各自的利益考虑而展开的外交攻略将持续更长时间。我们也还记得，“9·11”事件后，美国以反恐为名， 不断加大对由索马里世俗军阀组成的“恢复和平与反恐联盟”的支持力度，鼓动该组织与索国颇具影响力的“伊斯兰法庭”组织武装作战。美国的借口是“伊斯兰法 庭”组织一手策划了当年袭击美国驻肯尼亚大使馆的恐怖袭击事件，且与“基地”组织有染。2006年，埃塞俄比亚出兵索马里，与临时政府手下的世俗军阀武装 一道，迅速打败“伊斯兰法庭”组织武装。而伴随“伊斯兰法庭”组织武装的“战略大转移”，索马里附近海域的海盗活动也迅速泛滥。
一个引人注目的事实是，一度溃不成军的“伊 斯兰法庭”组织武装分子近一段时间大有重整旗鼓的迹象，有英国媒体分析说：种种迹象显示，沙特阿拉伯似乎是该组织最可能的幕后支持者。也有媒体指责说，伊 朗和叙利亚等国也在暗中支持“伊斯兰法庭”组织，而这两个国家背后则有着俄罗斯的身影。
由此，人们不免产生这样的联想，到底是索马 里国内的混乱局面导致了海盗的猖獗，还是少数大国的暗中指使甚至从中撮合导致了索马里的内乱，从而间接造成了海盗的复活。而少数大国之所以这么做，与其说 是本国利益的追求，倒不如说是大国与大国间暗地角力的无奈呈现，谁都想独吞树上的果子，可谁都没有独霸的实力，在地球板块的挤压下，地震于是就发生了。进 而言之，如若没有某种意义上的强大后盾，索马里海盗何以嚣张至此。
看来，索马里海盗案极有可能以大国利益之争为始，而以大国利益之争为终，至于终在何时，并不取决于索马里海盗，而取决于大国之间的实力对比和世界权力的重新分配。
最后，以五角大楼发言人杰弗里·莫雷尔的答记者问作为结尾，“我们现在主要是确保以和平方式解决这件事，确保船上的货物最后不会落入别有用心的坏人的手里，让他们利用这些武器去在该地区搞破坏。”真相真的如此吗？回答还需要些时日。 真相二：海盗是幌子 各国海军索马里会战外星生物！
近期30多个国家北约、欧盟、俄罗斯、中国、日本还有美国的几百艘最先进军舰聚集亚丁湾打海盗 ，而他们的目标仅仅是数目不过千人，主要武器是肩扛式火箭炮和AK47的索马里海盗，这不是有些大炮打蚊子的味道吗！原来亚丁湾的水下基地是一个星际之门 其中有DNA生物合成研究工程
各国派出主力军舰保护，其数目之多，说是为了索马里那些低装备的海盗，看起来像是原子弹打鸟。实际是由于担忧星际之门的不能控制性，因为之前美国的一个实验打开了异度空间，跑出了不属于地球的生物，他们担心不知什么东西会从星门跑出来。这是其中一个可能性。
第二个可能性是这次的星门是自动打开的，而不是人为，地球正在打开多个星门，太阳系其它星球也一样。各国go-vern-ment想阻止星门启动，但是没有办法，星门启动后以迎接地球新的变化。

人种
世界上本有多种人，同属而不同种。有的人种汲取自然力量而力大无比，有的人种可在海水中呼吸而从海洋中汲取能量，有的 人种精神力特别强可通过意志控制其他 生物，还有的人种比较落后，特点是繁殖力相对强，且学习能力制造工具的能力强。前三种人种的共同特点为尊重自然力量并注重自身潜在力量的发展，后一种人种 摒弃了大多数人潜在的能力而注重发明创造，用工具改造自然。显然，我们属于后者。

“外种人”统治的结束

精神力听起来像是很玄乎的事情，而事实并非如此。人的精神控制某种程度上可理解为脑电波来控制人类的思维言行，脑电波本质为电磁波，那么精神力从某种程度上亦可理解为可改变其他生物脑电波而控制其他生物的能力。英国科学家曾做过一项实验如下：
通 过食物诱导而建立小白鼠走一段“L”形路线的条件反射：每当伺养员喂食时，小白鼠走过一段“L”形状路线而得到食物。条件反射建立后，科学家用强磁场作用 小白鼠，一天后当再次给小白鼠喂食时，它竟然忘记了怎样去获得食物，做病理解剖未发现小白鼠有任何器官的器质性病变，而撤去磁场作用一天后，小白鼠恢复条 件反射。
由此看来，目前我们人类只能模拟“破坏性”的精神力，而并不能模拟可以改变、控制其他生物脑电波的磁场，即“外种人”的精神力。

近日一则亚丁湾存在“星际之门”的消息在网间流传。24日，中国科学院紫金山天文台研究员王思潮在认真分析视频和文字资料后告诉记者：以上传闻是缺乏事实依据和科学依据的天方夜谭。亚丁湾是位于也门和索马里之间的一片阿拉伯海水域，通过曼德海峡与北方的红海相连。它是船只快捷往来地中海和印度洋的必经站，也是波斯湾石油输往欧洲和北美洲的重要水路。
王思潮说，如果真的有“星际之门”，主要还是靠天文学家、物理学家去研究问题，靠科学考察船去弄清情况，而不是像传闻中所说，“各国派出军舰控制局面”。
王思潮还联想到，去年12月在挪威出现的螺旋状UFO，也没有事实依据、科学依据表明它与海底的“星际之门”有关。“我自己研究螺旋状UFO已有39年，对未知事物的探索应重事实依据和科学依据，而不是牵强附会去猜测。”

挪威光圈是螺旋状UFO但“星际之门”就离谱了
昨天，记者采访了中科院紫金山天文台王思潮教授。王思潮认为，挪威的这个光圈的确是螺旋状UFO，但是亚丁湾的磁场并不意味着能产生所谓的星际之门。
“我们先抛开亚丁湾到底有没有强大磁场这个说法。即便真有，那也不能说明就有星际之门的存在。”王思潮认为，地球本身磁场的分布就不均匀，比如有个山区底下磁铁矿多，磁场就会比较强。
我国有了自己的“观测网”
王思潮告诉记者，和过去的“单打独斗”不同，现在我国的UFO观测已经有了自己的“观测网”。
他说，UFO的特点是不期而遇，又飘然消逝，出现的持续时间往往只有几分钟至十几分钟，有时达到几十分钟，这种捉摸不定的特点给目前专业天 文观 测带来很大的困难，而且，即使有一个天文台碰巧观测到UFO，光靠一个地点的光学观测也无法确定UFO的飞行高度、飞行方向、飞行速度和"星下点"位置。 因此，分布在全国各地的水平较高的天文爱好者队伍就形成一张有效的观测网。
螺旋状UFO有可能是外星飞行器
螺旋状UFO和我们常说的球状UFO有什么区别？王思潮介绍说，螺旋状、球状、扇状UFO都是比较常见的三种UFO类型。“这三种类型主要 发生 在几百公里以上的高空。”它们之间的区别，主要还是飞行器飞行的速度和喷射的状态。如果飞行器一边喷射，一边飞行，那观测到的就是螺旋状UFO；如果飞行 速度极快，观测到的就是球状UFO；如果飞行器在喷射的时候，角度不是一整圈，观测起来就是扇状UFO。
“根据我的研究，螺旋状和扇状UFO可能是外星飞行器。”王思潮说，就拿1981年那次螺旋状UFO来说，高度达到了650公里。想要在这 个高 度上飞行，飞行器的速度一定要很快，起码要在第一宇宙飞行速度以上。“可能外星生命是‘派’了高智能机器人坐着外星飞行器来地球的。”
“星际之门”缺乏科学依据
网上少数人还流传着另一种不同的猜测。有人说，美国的某个实验打开了异度空间，跑出了不属于地球的生物。也有人说此次星门是自动打开的，地球正在打开多个星门。各国政府汇集先进的军舰前往亚丁湾，是想阻止星门启动。
对此，王思潮认为，不管是联手打开亚丁湾海底的星际之门，还是想阻止星门启动，都是缺乏事实依据和科学依据的天方夜谭！“亚丁湾是海上交通要道，关系各国的经济利益，各国派出军舰保护很自然。”
石油与血泪——透视利比亚战局

同 学爱人的公司在利比亚有业务，她也跟随去利比亚生活。听她讲，利比亚的石油很便宜，一公升也就相当于1元人民币。所以在利比亚全境开车真正能体会到风驰电 掣的感觉。但如今，能享受这种感觉的利比亚人民现在享受的却是战机的呼啸和炸弹的轰鸣，所见的是断壁残垣以及支离破碎的躯体，还有泪已流干的平民。
利比亚检察总长马朱比在对北约的指控中透露了一个数字，空袭已造成逾1100名平民丧生，超过4500人受伤。
而具有讽刺意味的是，3月24日，北约秘书长拉斯穆森宣布28个成员国决定在利比亚设立禁飞区，以保护该国平民。
不过，几个月过去了，利比亚的平民非但没有得到保护，反倒成了“战斧”、B-2、F-15等战机和导弹的靶子。北约在执行联合国决议、阻止一场可能的大屠杀、保护平民等道义的旗子下，对误炸平民、造成利比亚实际上的内战、大量难民涌向邻国等问题，并没有做出合理的解释。

其实合理的解释并不难做，只是个不能说的秘密而已。联合国决议成了这个秘密的挡箭牌。
虽然北约不说，并不代表世界皆醉。看看威廉·恩道尔博士的著作《石油战争》，不难发现，这战争确与石油有关。美国国务卿亨利·基辛格——当时华盛顿和西方世界最有权势的人物——曾说过：“如果你控制了石油，你就控制住了所有国家。”

西方国家为什么不拿“民主”的武器让卡扎菲下台？

利比亚的战争已经打了几个月了，平民伤亡无数，经济损失无法估量。这场战争，目前还看不到任何结束的迹象。
西方国家发动这场战争，一个冠冕堂皇的理由就是保护平民和在利比亚实现民主。如果西方国家真是这个目的，可以说，西方国家的这个目的已经实现了。西方国家就完全可以结束这场屠杀平民的旷日持久的战争了。我们看下面报道：
6月17日，卡 扎菲次子赛义夫·伊斯拉姆·卡扎菲在接受意大利《晚邮报》采访时表示，突破利比亚目前僵局的唯一无痛苦的途径就是，尽快在国际社会的监督下举行选举。赛义 夫说，可以在3个月内最迟今年底举行大选，并接受欧盟、非盟或者联合国的监督。一旦败选，卡扎菲愿意下台，但他不会流亡国外。
7月1日，在第17届非盟峰会上，非盟53个成员国的领导人经过闭门磋商，一致签署通过了旨在结束利比亚内战、恢复和平的新的路线图计划。
根 据这一路线图，非盟呼吁利比亚领导人和“全国过渡委员会”立即停止所有敌对行动。随后各方就全面停火、人道主义援助、全国和解、过渡期安排以及民主改革进 程等展开为期30天的全国性对话，并决定大选和大赦。提议还表示，国际社会将对停火进行监督，并且取消对利比亚制裁，解冻利比亚在国外的资产；联合国必须 中止对利比亚的禁飞区决议，并与非盟和阿盟一道，向利比亚派出具有相当规模的维和部队。
卡扎菲宣布接受非盟的这一路线图，但赛义夫的倡议和非盟的路线图遭到了北约和利比亚反对派的拒绝。
西 方国家拒绝和平的路线图，执行的是与他们口头表白大相径庭的政策。他们口头表示要“保护平民”，可是他们天天在杀人。他们一直在宣扬“民主”，可是拒绝了 民主的提议。按照现在西方国家对利比亚的政策走下去，卡扎菲下台是没有什么悬念的，但在利比亚实现和平是没有希望的。如果卡扎菲政权被武力推翻了，就是卡 扎菲也像萨达姆那样，被送上绞架，利比亚的族群分裂是注定的事实，西方国家就会把利比亚制造成又一个伊拉克、阿富汗。利比亚将会有更多的平民被屠杀。
西 方国家反复强调，要让利比亚人民自己决定利比亚的未来。如果是这样的话，让利比亚在国际的监督进行大选是最佳的选择。西方国家和利比亚的反对派都说，卡扎 菲是杀人魔王，卡扎菲已经众叛亲离。既然是这样，西方国家完全可以用选举的办法让卡扎菲下台。卡扎菲下台了，利比亚反对派既可以选择在国内审判卡扎菲，也 可以选择把卡扎菲交给国家法庭。这样不须战争，就可以达到西方追求的“保护平民，实现民主，让卡扎菲下台，接受国际法庭审判的全部目的。”
更重要的是这样不会制造利比亚的族群分裂，能够让利比亚实现永远的和平。

Pentagon Deploying 20,000 Troops In U.S. To Prepare For Economic Collpase Civil Unrest
The pentagon has announced plans to deploy a 20,000 strong internal troop force into the continental United States (CONUS) that was set to be trained by 2011.It is openly admitted that the internal force will be used to quail civil unrest due to massive large scale terror attacks and/or economic purposes.

As a scientist for 25 years, I have been asked many times about peek oil. I believe peek oil occurred in the summer of 2008 and we are not seeing the effects due to the recession and supply and demand, but this will have a negligible impact on our future. Big change is coming, change that most are unaware of, and of which peek oil is a very small, almost insignificant, part of the equation. Power in a Cube
There is a company called Hyperion that has patented a small nuclear reactor about the size of a SUV. Here is a link to the Hyperion website.
The reactor is fully self contained, buried in the ground, and requires servicing once every 50 years to replace the lithium fuel cells. The reactor is 25 megawatts. One small reactor will power 20,000 homes. I reviewed their permit application that is posted on the Nuclear Regulatory Commission website and a letter from them that says they have no intention of reviewing the permit any time in the near future. Why? They are saving this power in a cube for the future society that emerges after the upcoming collapse and event. Oil will become obsolete as the entire globe makes a dramatic change.

Nicola Tesla invented the Tesla Generator in 1899 and dreamed of installing a DC generator in every home giving everyone free power. His business partner, J.P. Morgan, understood the value of such a discovery, but refused to back Tesla’s dream forcing Tesla to develop AC electricity. Morgan understood that if everyone had a Tesla Generator in their home, it could not be metered for profit, nor could the electricity be transported long distances. Morgan was in business to make money. So, Tesla invented AC power giving rise to modern day power plants and the transmission lines that litter the Earth and enslave us to energy.
Tesla continued his research for Germany where he died in 1945. At the end of the war, the FBI confiscated all of Tesla’s research and has be hiding it from the public ever since. Most references in physics books have been removed and Tesla is only briefly discussed. The technology has been sold to the public and scientific community as an impossibility because it appears to contradict the law of conservation of energy. The key word here is “appear.”
The law of conservation of energy is an empirical law of physics. It states that the total amount of energy in an isolated system remains constant over time (is said to be conserved over time). A consequence of this law is that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be transformed from one state to another. The only thing that can happen to energy in a closed system is that it can change form, for instance chemical energy can become kinetic energy.
This law implies that energy used to produce the power can never yield more power than is input into the system because energy is lost to friction. So, when anyone says free energy, the scientists say impossible. However, this is not a closed system. The energy is derived from quantum particles in the vicinity of the machine and is converted to electricity.
The scientists and others who say the Tesla Generator is a fraud are saying this because they are failing to see the forest for the trees. Einstein’s famous equation E=MC2 proves that the energy is available. There is enough energy in a milliliter of air to provide all the power for an individual of over a year. Take a single electron for instance. It contains an enormous about of power because all electrons instantaneously travel at the speed of light. When one squares the speed of light and multiples that times the mass of an electron, the amount of energy (E) that one calculates is huge, and there can be billions of electrons on the head of a needle and billions-billions of electrons in a milliliter of air.
The Tesla Generator is a simple machine. It uses a rotating disc and magnets to harness/extract electric potential from the molecules and atoms in air. The magnetic field associated with each electron has an electric field offset 90 degrees to the magnetic field. It is this electric field that is tapped by the Tesla Generator and is transformed into electricity.
A Tesla Generator uses magnets to spin a disc similar to how a magnetic train is propelled down the tracks except the track is in a circle. Once the generator passes a critical RPM, the magnets will continue to spin the disc indefinitely. The magnetic field that is generated by the spinning magnets produces a measurable electric field that can be measured by placing a volt meter at the axis of rotation and the outside the edge of the disc. This generator can be optimized into a magnetic engine that requires no fuel and will run indefinitely as shown by these videos.
The horsepower delivered by the magnetic engine can be used to spin a conventional generator for energy in a cube and will be able to power an automobile as well. The days of the internal combustion engine are coming to an end.
Pass the word! Free energy has been here forever just under our noses, but has been kept a secret so that the greedy fascist can maintain wealth and control. These technologies are not the only technology that is suppressed. We will all soon see that are this is true. Great times are ahead for those of us who survive the downward slide that is coming.

Sun Spot Connection
I have been examining sunspot data that I got from NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center that covers the past 77 years. I have discovered a trend. Historical data over the past 77 years indicates we routinely have a slight cooling trend during the solar minimus. However, during the most recent solar minimus from 2004 to 2008 the data shows a slight warming when I compare the sunspot data to temperature data from four US cities. I have included the Houston data below for comparison. We are starting the solar maximum now that peeks in 2012, and we should be slightly heating, but we are now cooling.

The last solar cycle shows cooler temperatures during the solar maximum when the temperatures should be higher than the previous 20 year average, but it doesn’t.

The sunspot data for the beginning of the previous solar maximum that started in 1998 and 1999, which is not shown in the table, is 61.6 and 91.6, respectively. Therefore we should see a higher number than is shown on the graph for 2008, but we don’t. We should also see an increase in 2010 to a sunspot number of almost 100.
This is very unusual. I call it the calm before the storm. 2009 had a few months with the least sunspot activity in recorded history, a zero. Last August, an entire month passed with zero sunspots. 2008 and 2009 were an unusually quiet time for the sun. It’s the calm right before a storm. When thunderstorms blow in, it is often very quiet with wind at a stand still, then all of a sudden, almost out of nowhere the wind picks up violently right before the downpour starts. Similarly right before a Tsunami hits the beach, the water recedes. This is caused by the physics of waves. When big waves are coming, the trough of the Tsunami wave is unusually deep due to an increase in wave amplitude. Energy in space works in a similar fashion and right now our sun is in a trough with an energy Tsunami coming, and when it gets here, it will hit us with little warning just like the Tsunami that struck Indonesia in December 2004.
A colleague mentioned that our radio telescopes would see the energy wave coming way before the wave hits. Possibly, but if it is a pulsed-wave like a Tsunami, most likely not. Einstein’s Relativity Theory may prevent us from observing this phenomenon. If the wave is traveling toward us at the speed of light or very near the speed of light, our telescopes will never see it simply because nothing can travel faster than light ahead of the wave to reach us first. The speed of light is constant. Just like we are seeing the light that left the stars in the sky many thousands and millions years ago because the light had to travel thousands or millions of light years before it reaches Earth, we won’t be able to see the energy wave until it arrives. Also, this phenomenon could also be undetectable by our five senses.

This raises another concern that is even more probable and backed up by easily obtained scientific evidence.
At the bottom of the above link it shows the date Atlantis sunk and compares to 2012. These are 11,712 years apart; which is almost exactly 1000 jupiter orbits. Is there a connection. I think so. Jupiter’s orbit is 11.87 years. The solar cycle varies from 11 to 13 years. The reason this changes is because Jupiter controls the solar cycle. The solar maximum occurs when jupiter is closest to the Sun and the solar minimum happens when Jupiter is farthest away. This is due to the gravitational tug Jupiter produces on the Sun. Since the gravitational force changes with the inverse square of the distance between the center of masses of the Sun and Jupiter, the force is considerably stronger when Jupiter is at perihelion (closest orbit). This does not occur at the same point every orbit because the orbit is elliptical and advances slightly so that if you plot the orbits over time, the orbits appear as shapes similar to pedals on a flower. Why is this important?
Most people know about the galactic alignment but what they don’t know is what it is exactly. NASA will tell you that all the planets are NOT aligning. This is correct, however, two planets do align. On December 12, 2012, Jupiter will be at perihelion and the Earth’s orbit will place the Earth right in between the Sun and Jupiter. Back in October 2010, Jupiter was directly overhead at midnight while the Sun was directly on the opposite side of the Earth at noon, so that the Earth was right between the Sun and Jupiter. In 2011, the Earth will pass between Jupiter and the Sun in mid November; and in 2012, Earth will be directly in between Jupiter and the Sun on December 21, 2012, the solar perihelion (closest point). This is very important because as Jupiter’s gravity tugs on the Sun at Perihelion, the Sun becomes overly active and many solar flares and coronal mass ejections are expected to take place in the direction of Jupiter with the Earth taking the hit.
NASA won’t discuss this. This is taboo and it is forbidden to discuss. This link between the Sun, Jupiter, and Earth is not published anywhere that I know of, but if you doubt it, look it up the data and you will see I am right. It is possible the 250,000 resulting deaths from the Indonesian Tsunami will seem negligible when compared to what is coming.
NASA reports solar activity is increasing at a rate that is 50 times higher so far than expected as of Feb. 2010 and since then in August 2010, they have gone on record to say the solar activity in 2012 is going to be at least 20 times stronger than recently published. Fifty times twenty is 1,000. NASA has predicted an increase in solar activity of 1,000 times and people don’t even realize it.NASA has cut the program, mars and moon programs, but congress increased their budget. Where is the money going? Also keep a close eye on the solar observer satellites and think about this. What do scientist do before a volcano erupts? They place monitoring stations all around the volcano to gather data to advance science. We just lauched another satelite in early 2010 in preparation to study the eruption to advance our understanding of the sun. Watch closely? Nasa’s facts are wrong. Here are the facts that Nasa doesn’t want you to know. COMET ELENIN is an extinction level event coming out of constellation LEO. Discovered by Leo Elenin?
Elenin is a very dangerous comet because it is a long period comet whose tail the Earth will pass through. Comets are not balls of ice and dust like Nasa states, but are charred metal electrical super-capacitors that recharge a star. Nasa will not release this information because there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it except panic.
Comets are electromagnetically connected to the sun and planets by EM ropes (JPL, 2005). Extreme EM can cause earthquakes. This is what HAARP research is based upon. EM energy lubricates fault lines. The reason Elenin is causing quakes when others comets do not is because Elenin has been in deep space a long time gathering electrons to energize the sun by discharging its capacitance.
Comets pick up electrons as they fly through space. The more massive the comet nucleus and the longer in space without discharging, the more electricity is stored in the comet. When the comet approaches the sun, it begins to glow because the electric circuit is energized by the sun’s proton wind. When we see a comet suddenly brighten, this is because the comet is discharging electricity to the sun through EM ropes which produces an extraordinary burst in brightness. The sun provides the positive charge and the stored electrons surrounding the comet provide the negative charge to complete and electric circuit and fire up the photon tail. The metal comet nucleus behaves similar to the filament on a lightbulb when positive and negative wires are attached. The bulb glows. The brightness is proportional to current flow.
Comets do the same thing. They start off far away with just the solar wind causing a faint glow until the comet gets close enough to the sun for the comet to discharge its stored capacitance to the sun. The infrared signature for comet Elenin suggests the charge Elenin is carrying is so large that when the comet dumps its capacitance, the resulting photon eruption (comet tail) will engulf the Earth as the Earth passes through the tail around September 26th and then through the EM ropes on November 22nd.
When Elenin was 14 AUs away on June 14, 2007, Nasa photographed the comet when they took the infrared image for google sky. The infrared image indicates Elenin’s infrared electrical signature is 17 million miles across with xray jets extending over 100 million miles from Elenin. When Elenin flares and dumps its electron load (electricity), the photon flash will be so great that it will instantly turn the earth’s surface into light energy.
The reasons other comets do not present the same threat is that most comets do not pass between the earth and the sun putting the earth in the tail. Also, comets with periods of a hundred years or so are able to dump their charge more frequently which keeps the IR signature low.
Elenin is different. There is no other object is space that humans have identified that has an electric signature in infrared like Elenin. God is light and He is coming for you. See you all on the other side.
Chemical Trails/Aerosol Spraying
I have researched the military using chemtrails worldwide to deliver an aerosol chemical to the upper atmosphere. My brother in law and I have seen them here and wondered what they are. Most are not chemtrials but condensation trails. However, I talked to several retired pilots with over 30,000 flying hours each and requested that they review some video of jets turning the chemtrail on and off. Their interpretation of the videos confirms that these are not con trails, but something else. It’s not a fuel dump because fuel is dumped out the wing tips away from the aircraft and these chemtrails come from the entire wing from one tip to the other.
Not too long ago, a few months to be exact, Russian military jets were spotted deploying chemtrails over Africa, India, Pakistan, and China. These planes were using civilian call signs and one mistakenly changed his call sign to a military call sign which alerted the country’s air command. The jets were forced to land. Guess who was flying them, the US Air Force. Each plane was equipped with chemtrail spraying devices. The US media ignored the event. You have to research foreign newspapers to see the story. Youtube has a few videos. You can see some videos of the planes and the spraying devices and them in action turning their spraying devices on and off, and you can see the foreign news media articles.

Here is a theory of mine that I have been testing and so far, I have not been able to disprove it. What if the chemical being dispersed is sulfur oxides or a more potent chemical with a similar effect. Sulfur oxides in the upper atmosphere cause global cooling by reflecting radiation back out to space before it penetrates very far into the atmosphere. I hypothesize that the US government is spraying sulfur oxides in the upper atmosphere to cool the planet. That would explain these abnormal cooling events that are occurring at the beginning of the solar maximum which go against historical sunspot and temperature data. It’s working.
Galactic Alignment
Why are they doing this? To prepare for what is coming. The galactic alignment in 2012 concerns me. The lack of stars blocking us from the center of the galaxy could be a real issue and not just a Hollywood fantasy. The dark rift in the Milky Way that we are aligning with is bare of stars. There is little mass between the Earth and the black hole in the center of the galaxy to absorb radiation. It’s a straight shot. If we get additional gamma rays, just a little, from the black hole in the center of the Milky Way that are undeterred by the absence of stellar mass, how do you think the sun will react? The particles in the sun will be excited by the radiation and become more active like heating water to a boil. The sun will act the same way. How severe, I have no idea. The event could be mild, or it could be an Earth killer, or somewhere in-between.
Why aren’t we hearing much about this? I am not sure, but I offer three reasons.
1. I am wrong. I really hope I am.
2. Not everyone in NASA knows what is happening. I suspect only a select few know, and they are keeping quiet and trying to cover up as much as possible. I cannot prove this yet. This is only a theory right now. NASA is part of the government, and the government is the master of cover up and misinformation. Most ex-military realize this. Remember this data was obtained straight from NASA Goddard Space Flight Center.
3. Most in NASA are closed minded and believe in black or white, no in-between. NASA scientists are highly specialized which prevents them from noticing simple trends that they simply right off because they don’t have the knowledge from other disciplines to help them understand the big picture. They don’t see the forest for the trees.
As we approach 2012 and as the changes become more noticeable, more star quakes, sunspots, changes in the solar jet stream, and other issues will become more pronounced, but we will not hear of it in the context of this paper because the cover up will force NASA scientists to pursue other explanations. No one will go against the main stream for fear of being ridiculed or worse.
The above link that shows the seismic data from the sun is an example. These scientists appear to have no idea what is causing the sun’s jet stream to act so peculiar, or do they? They aren’t saying. They just say it is happening without offering a solid reason. I propose they don’t see the big picture and their peers that do understand are being forced to mislead by the government.
The same type of closed minded introverts ridiculed Einstein for his General Relativity Paper. Think about what Einstein risked by publishing his General Relativity Paper. No one in the main stream believed it possible from a college drop out. Einstein had to wait many years before he was proven right, and one little experiment did it. It only took one laboratory to prove him right even after another laboratory came out and said he was wrong. With that said how much data is needed to prove the main theory in this paper. Is there one simple test that will prove this theory right or wrong? Yes, there is. Time.
Time will surely tell and we won’t have to wait as long as Einstein. These theories will either prove themselves right or wrong within four years, but if right we cannot afford to wait that long.
Precession, Extinction, and Ice Age
The Earth’s precession cycle is sold to us as the wobble of the Earth’s axis over time due to the gravitational pull of the moon and sun. Remember when most humans thought the Earth was flat. This is another one of those times. We have been led to think that the Earth wobbles even though this explanation cannot hold true because if so, the seasons would not occur at the same time each year. This is a fact that is ignored by the current precession theory. The right theory is that our solar system is a binary solar system just like 90% of all other solar systems. Consider the fact that the effects of the Earth’s precession cycle repeats every 26,000 years with two extreme events happening every 13,000 years. These events cause extinction events, the last one occurring when the galactic event caused the end of the ice age in 11,000 BC when all the large mammals became extinct. No one knows for sure why they became extinct, but I offer this explanation.
The large mammals and others died off or suffered extremely depleted populations because of the Earth passing through the Dark Rift and the galactic alignment. The mammals could not borrow into the ground to escape the radiation from the Dark Rift and galactic alignment. This extra radiation affected their larger body masses more severely than smaller mammals. Smaller mammals have less flesh to be attacked by the radiation, which gives them a better chance at survival.
Egyptian Pyramids
I have theorized for years that the Egyptian archeologists have misinterpreted the age of the pyramids and the reason they were built. The pyramids were not built as tombs, but were converted to tombs by the Egyptians much later.
Where is the proof?
Most of the proof isn’t allowed out. Egypt is too sensitive. The Egyptians can’t handle the truth. They date the pyramids using inconclusive methods such as dating carbon in mortar and ancient campfires. This dates the date of a large civilization conducting remodeling, but doesn’t date the pyramids as claimed. However, scientist can conclusively date the pyramids anytime they want, but they are not allowed.
The method uses helium and chlorine isotope ratios. This method is used to date ancient earthquakes. The isotopes ratio change with exposure to sun light. A sample of granite can be taken from the quarry to establish a baseline, then a sample can be examined from the granite at the pyramid, and the quarry date can be determined. The quarry date is the date of construction. This test is conclusive and Zahi Hawass will not allow the test to avoid the truth from being told. The truth is: The pyramids are much much older and were built by an advanced people. The Egyptians as we understand them, were not capable of building the pyramids.
I did some calculations after reading an article about cutting granite with primitive tools. The article said that one man in 12 hours can cut 200 cubic centimeters of rock. Using the cut rate, it would take over a million people over 100 years to cut the stones, move the stones and place the stones. Therefore, it is safe to say, it is mathematically impossible for the Egyptians to build a pyramid in a life time with 50 thousand workers.

An American Geologist conducted a geophysical survey on the ground around the Sphinx and found the rocks under the head to be twice as weathered as the quarried ass end of the Sphinx. The ass end is thought to be quarried in 4500 BC and is 6,500 years old. If this is doubled to make up for the doubling of the thickness of the weathered rocks, this translates to an age of 13,000 years (2×6500). This would mean the head of the Sphinx is at least 13,000 years old if not older, an exact correlation with the date of the end of the ice age, the mass extinction event, and galactic alignment. Is this a Coincidence? No way!
In addition, geologists examined the weathering patterns in rocks around the Sphinx. They observed two types of weathering patterns. One pattern is consistent with an arid environment and the other with a much wetter environment. The latter patterns are consistent with patterns in an environment that gets a lot of rain, like the southeastern US and not an arid climate. This indicates that some of the rocks in the quarry were quarried before the Sahara was a desert, and prior to the end of the last ice age when the climate was much wetter and a lush savannah occupied the Sahara. Consider this. What if the pyramids around the world were built to shield an advanced elite society 13,000 years ago from the galactic alignment event? This would explain the reason there was a highly polished stone and a golden crown placed on the Pyramid of Giza. The ancient population knew they had to make the pyramid as reflective as possible to lessen the effects of the additional radiation that would be striking the pyramid during the galactic alignment and not to satisfy the ego of a Pharaoh.
Think about the ancient batteries that were recently found in Iraq and the drawings on the walls in Egypt that show the use of electric light bulbs, airplanes, helos, and other modern day equipment. Note that these ancient people had knowledge of the cosmos that may match ours today. Most of society back then perished when the radiation from the galactic event caused a mass extinction that not only caused the large mammals such as the mammoth, giant sloth, saber toothed tiger and others to disappear, but also caused the human race to lose their technology and be reduced to a few thousand.
An example of the human race losing their technology 13,000 years ago is apparent in the disappearance of the Clovis arrowhead and the Clovis people at the end of the ice age when they disappear from the archeological record. The Clovis People, in north America, regressed and lost the technology to produce the center grove in the arrowhead. The same event caused all humans to lose their technology and their societies to regress.
Why didn’t the Egyptian batteries lead to more advanced technology? If technology is never lost then why don’t we know how the pyramids were built? The truth is, we have no idea because there is no record remaining since the library of Alexandria burned losing any chance for the technology to re-emerge until the industrial age.
Archeologists insist that societies advance over time and they do not regress. This thought pattern is obviously flawed. When a catastrophe happens that causes a society to lose technology or the ability to read and write, they also lose their ability to communicate complex thoughts, thereby losing their ability to teach complex ideas. Primitive societies lose important skills that took thousands of years to develop such as the Clovis points and a written language. This idea goes against some main stream thinking that says societies always advance. Maybe recent societies over the past 1500 years that have not been impacted by an extreme event follow this rule, but not always.
Consider Stonehenge and the Mayan calendar. We still have not completely unlocked the mystery because we don’t entirely understand. This indicates their society must have regressed, lost their technology, and started over as a very primitive society or we would have records now and know exactly what happened. The ancient Roman society is another example of regression. They invented many technological advancements, but you don’t see it much after Rome fell. The technology was lost. You don’t see civilization with running water and indoor bathrooms and bath houses, or concrete that is as strong or stronger than modern concrete until the industrial age. Again, the technology was lost.
Over the past 10 years, numerous scientists have shown that the pyramids line up with specific constellations over time. The azimuth of small six inch diameter tunnels, previously thought to be air holes, line up with strategic locations. One tunnel specifically lines up with the head of the Sphinx.
The constellations rising over the Sphinx change with time and repeat according to the precession cycle. When the sun rises during the winter solstice 2012, the dark rift of the Milky Way will be in direct alignment with the sun which is in direct alignment with the tunnels and the Sphinx. This is a significant event. Why was this designed this way? I hypothesize that this alignment is a warning to future generations that it is time to hide from the eye of the Dark Rift.
The eye is the black hole in the center that will bombard the planet with additional cosmic and solar radiation. The Milky way is a spiral galaxy with a black hole in the center, which looks very much like and eye with the black hole as the iris of the eye.
Now pull a one dollar bill from your pocket and look at the pyramid on the bill. There is a shiny crown on the pyramid with an eye in the center. Our government has known about this event for a very long time. This is the secret that the Free Masons have been keeping for centuries. The Free Masons placed this symbol on the dollar bill to continually remind future generations of Free Masons of their obligation to keep the secret. Why the one dollar bill and not a five or ten. They wanted to be reminded often, and there are many more one dollar bills than any other currency. Why else would they have put a foreign symbol on U.S. currency? I am sure their are other reasons people can come up with, but none that fit like this one does. I would expect to see a U.S. monument of some sort on the dollar not an Egyptian monument.
Recently, a robot was sent into the tunnel and eventually reached a polished granite rock which has corroded copper pins visible in the rock. It appears these pins were sheared at some time to allow the polished stone to fall in place.
Why? At some point in their ancient times, some of the tunnels in the pyramid may have needed to be sealed off from the outside environment to prevent excess radiation from entering the interior, or there may be another unknown reason. These pins would be sheared and the polished granite blocks would fall into place shielding the occupants from the Dark Rift radiation and sealing off the interior from the outside world. There is a problem with this theory, and that would be air circulation.
However, the ancient people must have had a system to circulate or purify air within the pyramid. If they were intelligent enough to build the pyramids, I am sure they were intelligent enough to develop an air delivery system that has most likely been looted, rotted away, or destroyed over the past 13,000 years. The blocked tunnel in alignment with the Sphinx could also be attributed as a warning to those who unlock the secret of the pyramid. Beware of the sun rising in the West over the Sphinx.
Another point that I would like to make about the pyramids/Sphinx are the rumors of the cavity under the front paw of the Sphinx. If it is there, why won’t the Egyptian government allow it to be excavated?
Do you wonder why?
The countries in the Middle East are Islamic. Any prehistory found in the Middle East will contradict the Koran. Therefore, the governments of these countries forbid archaeological investigations to prevent an Islamic revolt when the Koran is proven wrong.
I propose that either they already have and know what’s there (evidence that the koran is wrong), or they already know what’s there from other sources and feel it is best left alone to keep the upcoming events from being prematurely discovered and to keep control of their people.
Have you heard of the caves under Giza. The entire Giza plateau is made of limestone. Limestone causes karst topography. Karst topography is characterized by the abundance of solution cavities commonly known as sink holes and caves. Therefore, logic dictates that there are caves under the plateau just like there are caves and sinkholes in the karst topography of Florida. These caves provide protection and shielding from the atmosphere, and I think the great pyramids mark the entrance to the main cavern and the entrance lies somewhere within the pyramids.

You will see others that deny the finding. Zahi Hawass, the Egyptian Antiquities Ministry, is the source of denial. Mr. Hawass must look out for the sensitivities of his people. The people of Egypt have one thing to be proud of and that is the Pyramids of Giza. If Mr. Hawass discloses evidence that the pyramids of Giza were not built by Egyptians, this will be an extreme blow to his people, and most likely will cause rioting and deaths similar to how drawing a cartoon of Mohamed caused rioting in Europe. Here is some new shocking information. King Tut’s DNA results have arrived but Hawass will not release them to the public because the results indicate that King Tut is not Egyptian. So if he is not Egyptian, what is he? His DNA possesses all the ID markers of a Western European, not an Egyptian.

Stonehenge
Stonehenge also produces a similar alignment as the pyramids. When neighboring Woodhenge is lined up with Stonehenge on the winter solstice 2012, the Dark Rift is also aligned directly with these two places. Mayans
Now consider the Mayans in a little more detail. The Mayan’s pyramids at Chichen Itza have dimensions that are the same as the dimensions of the Giza pyramids, and they are laid out in nearly the same pattern from map view. This is not a coincidence. Both were built for the same thing. They were built to shield the elite from the galactic event by marking the entrance to the underworld.
We currently make machines and structures for performing the same tasks over and over and we mass produce these items to be used over and over for the same purpose; and as such, so were the pyramids.
The pyramid at Chichen Itza also has another much older pyramid built underneath. No one knows how old this pyramid is, but this is probably the pyramid that is considered the underworld and the one that the ancients retreated to during the last alignment 13,000 years ago. Current archeologists date this pyramid at a date at least 8,000 years ago. The word to key on here is “at least.” I believe they are right with the “at least” statement and the pyramid is more than 13,000 years old.
The Mayans worshipped the underworld. Why? Because the underworld is what saved them during the last alignment, but not enough survived to ensure their technology survived. As a result, their society regressed and began to worship the underworld. Why? Because it was the underworld that saved them, just like Jesus saves Christians. The survivors of the galactic alignment hid in the ground and in the pyramids and were shielded from the radiation. The underworld became the place where they all go to be saved. This is why the Mayans offered human sacrifices by sacrificing and throwing the sacraficed bodies in cenotes and caves. This is why they left offerings in caves. They offered to the underworld for thanks for saving them from certain death on the surface during the galactic alignment. During the event, the underworld would have seemed like hell with all the filth, human waste, disease, and death in the darkness only lit by an occassional camp fire. True Hell on Earth than only paled in comparison as to what awaited them on the surface during the alignment event.
NASA Comments
NASA went on every news station after the movie 2012 came out and told the world nothing like what transpired in the movie is going to happen in 2012. This is unprecedented. NASA doesn’t comment on Hollywood events. Why start now? Something or someone is forcing this action to discredit people like me who have figured out what is going on.
The movie talked about a neutrino burst destabilizing the Earth’s crust. Is this a Hollywood fantasy? NASA said so, but now new research indicates they are hiding something. Our education system has taught us that neutrinos have negligible mass and zero charge and are considered neutral hence the name neutrino. However, NASA may have been caught in a lie. The movie avoided the concerns about gamma rays and other wavelengths of radiation all together. The movie also didn’t explain the galactic rift or the absence of stellar mass or anything like that. What would NASA say to the public if this was actually a real concern and possible event? The same thing they said about the movie. They would deny it and qwell the possible public panic.
In August 2010, NASA revealed that the radioactive decay rates that we use as constants are no longer constant. Radioactive decay has started to speed up. Radioactive decay is a quantum effect caused by particles (radiation) leaving a nucleus of an atom. If the interior of atoms are changing somehow as evidenced by an increasing radioactive decay rate, then every atom in our bodies may now be changing on the quantum level. We don’t notice the change, but we are all morphing. Could this be the precursor to the change that is coming? More on this later.
I wrote the Goddard Space Center over five weeks ago, around Thanksgiving 2009, and asked an astrophysicist a few questions on their website where the public can ask a question and get an answer quickly. The website said they would get back to me within in a week. I asked where to obtain Earth magnetic field strength data for the past 100 years. I did not mention 2012. The reason I asked is because I think the magnetic field is changing quickly now as we approach 2012. It’s a simple question, and I asked a Special Relativity question regarding gamma rays and time and distance dilation. To date, no response. Hmmm. Why? Well, when someone doesn’t respond, it’s because they don’t want to answer the question for one reason or another. In this case, it’s to lessen my credibility and to avoid giving me access to information that could expose the truth. I have written NASA over 20 times. I still haven’t received a response from our citizen friendly civilian workers.
Aurora Borealis

The northern lights were visible in Arizona because at that time the Earth’s magnetic field was weakening and still is, and the additional solar radiation from the solar maximum in 2001 followed the Earth’s weakened magnetic flux lines into the poles to continue all the way down to lower latitudes while ionizing gases in the atmosphere causing the lights. What does this have to do with 2012? This rare display of the northern lights should not be happening. This display indicates that one of two things is happening or a combination of both. The Earth’s magnetic field is weakening or the Earth is receiving additional radiation from the sun and cosmos, or a combination of both phenomenons.
Government Involvement
If we were the elite in government, what would we do to reduce the severity of this galactic event? We wouldn’t tell anyone about it to prevent panic. We would blame it on humans and try to get the entire world to do things to lessen the event. We would covertly, so as not to alarm, operate a global cooling plan in preparation for the upcoming solar maximum/galactic alignment event, and try to reduce the damage to the planet, and not to save the over populous. This would also explain the puzzled global warming scientists that say their data isn’t working right. It would also explain additional motivation for the global warming agenda. The man-made global warming hoax has been generated to camouflage the real reason for the global warming that is going to heat the Earth, and to force the world into a global cooling plan.
This also may explain the President’s unprecedented fundamental change. The President and the puppet masters pulling his strings want an economic meltdown just before the galactic event to force a world government to emerge after the crisis is over. They are spending like there is no tomorrow because there is no tomorrow and they know it, and both republicans and democrats are working to give us the illusion that they are working for our well being. It’s a sham.
Democratic senators are committing political suicide by pushing Obamacare and they know it and are doing it anyway. It seems idiotic until one considers my hypothesis. The upcoming event isn’t being leaked because no one in the main stream would believe it anyway, and they would be smeared by government or worse. Two prominent democratic senators just said they are quitting. There will be many more this year. Why? Well, the obvious answer is they cannot win, but the real answer is they need time to prepare for their family’s survival. I predict this is the beginning of many announcements of resignation from all parties, and you will see many more quit as the year progresses, even republicans. Their seats underground have been secured. Has yours?
There is another reason for the lack of media allowed in government now while they address the health plan. It’s a smoke screen and a distraction. If the population is focused on the socialization and government induced problems, they won’t notice what is coming and begin to panic and cause chaos. They are planning the end game to ensure their survival and don’t want anyone to know about it. They want to confuse everyone with so much political nonsense that no one connects the dots and they want to prevent an accidental release of the truth because the elite are afraid of us. They are afraid that if we knew the truth, we would use our guns to take their seats, and people will try as the end approaches. The result is a world civil war which will start in the Middle East and spread around the globe. The bloodiest of the war will be in the United States where men have guns and know how to use them.
Government Preparation

The photo shows convoys of large trucks lined up to enter a hole in the ground. I downloaded the original photo to my pc four years ago. The longitude and latitude is shown at the bottom of the photo. If you Google the map of the coordinates today, it is no longer visible and is located in the middle of a well know military base/arsenal in the western US. It appears Google has censored the map most likely at the request of the military. This location is one of many where the elite chosen ones will be hiding during the upcoming event. The trucks are line up for delivering supplies to the underground base. This is secretly happening all over the world.
The Free Masons are behind it all and will be the ones who rule the NWO through puppet politicians. Obama winning the election was a planned staged event. John McCain was chosen as a sure loser. If his age didn’t prevent him from winning, his poor debating ability would surely due him in; but just in case and to ensure Obama’s victory, the Masons forced McCain to pick Sarah Palin as his running mate instead of a much stronger candidate like Romney, Gulianni or even Huckabee. Sarah was chosen to give the illusion that he could still win, when in reality it ensured McCain’s defeat.
A member of the Rockefeller family and the government of Norway have funded and completed the building of a vault in northern Greenland that holds seeds to all plants and probably DNA of most species on Earth. The documentary on the History Channel showed the high tech facility sticking out of the ice in northern Greenland above the Arctic Circle in hopes that the ice will preserve the contents of the vault. They say this is a precaution or insurance for a future catastrophe, but what they don’t say is what, when, why, or how. This facility is a critical facility required to provide the seeds for growing food once the surface can be repopulated.
Why did the creators of the seed vault pick Greenland and not Antarctica? Antarctica is colder. It’s simple, Antarctica will be experiencing summer in December 2012 and will be experiencing nearly 24-hours of total daylight. On the other hand, Greenland will be in nearly total darkness and will be shielded from the direct effects of the alignment by part of the Earth above the Arctic Circle.
New World Order
Our government is pushing this fundamental change so China, Russia, Venezuela, and the rest of the socialist and communist countries will come on board with Obama and the NWO and emerge from the aftermath without conflict. This is a key point. After the event, over 90% of us will not be alive and our leaders are afraid that resulting wars will charge us into the Stone Age just like what transpired after the last galactic alignment. They want to prevent a major backward slide for humanity, and they prefer a reduced more manageable population.
The US is the world leader and is leading the way so all others will follow. They know the Earth cannot sustain the current population, so they do not let us know of the upcoming event, so that the Earth’s population can be substantially decreased without war and all the problems that war creates. This will be called an act of God.
The NWO can’t happen with capitalism running the free world because the communist will not join the campaign. Capitalism has to be destroyed so those in power in the other countries will go along with the plan and submit themselves to the NWO.
The Plague Vaccine
There is a patent at the US Patent Office for the bubonic plague vaccine that is owned by the UK . Below is the link to patent at the US Patent Office. Read the patent that was secured August 11, 2009. It is very disturbing. It’s 100 percent lethal in lab animals and the vaccine doesn’t cure all. It only prolongs life in those that get it too late.

This vaccine is not for us now. It’s for vaccinating the survivors against the bioweaponized black plague. The plague is carried by rats and fleas because the upcoming famine caused by this event will cause an explosion in the rat and flea population that will be feasting on the dead, but this may not be lethal enough to finish off the remaining surface population. The plague was made 100 percent lethal and airborne to ensure the remaining populous on the surface does not survive. I know this is morbid thought, but sometimes the truth is morbid. So much for human rights. There are still people in the world that do not believe in human rights, and they are leading our country.
As the survivors emerge and try to pull out of another dark age, they will need to stop the bioweaponized disease that was designed to ensure certain death for most surface dwellers that survive the galactic event. If they cannot stop the infection, the resulting Dark Age could be worse than the last one.
Political Preparation/Executive Orders and Acts
Back in October 2009, President Obama passed an executive order to allow hospitals to extend there facilities into their parking lots using temporary tents and equipment to combat the forecasted swine flu. However, we all know the swine flu has less of an impact than the normal seasonal flu. This is another smoke screen and is being done to camouflage our government’s true intentions. The President knows what’s coming. Past President’s know what is coming. They have been preparing for this event for many years.

Plague by Design
A bioweapons expert with the Israeli Mossad residing in the US contacted an American talk show back in August and reported that Baxter International was intending to release a bioweaponized disease camouflaged as the H1N1 virus in the Ukraine. The expert was immediately surrounded by the FBI and SWAT while still on the phone, and taken into custody and portrayed and a person with mental instability issues. This was shown live on multiple networks including CNN and Fox. After many gas grenades, the man just sat in his car barely affected by the gas. Only a person specially trained can withstand CS gas. The news report went on further to say the man called the President and was making threats. He was not placed in hand cuffs but was reportedly hauled away and deported. No hand cuffs. That’s strange. This sounds like a courtesy given to fellow agents, doesn’t it?

The plague is caused by Yersinia pestis, a dangerous and deadly species of bacteria that was responsible for the Bubonic Plague that killed one third of those infected hundreds of years ago. Yersinia pestis bacterium has been bioengineered/altered by Baxter International in the Ukraine to spread as an airborne disease. In order to make the Yersinia pestis a very fatal airborne plague, the bacteria has been genetically altered using the 1918 swine flu genetic material.
The bioengineering required using a live 1918 swine flu virus, but all the government had in 1998 when they started the program under Bill Clinton’s administration was dead flu viruses that were acquired by digging up dead bodies from the 1918 pandemic and obtaining a biopsy of lung tissue.

However, the bodies that were dug up in the lower 48 States only contained dead viruses. The formaldehyde used during the embalming process killed the virus. As a result, the search for the virus was expanded to Alaska where a live virus was found in an un-embalmed body of a women buried in the frozen tundra. With the live virus, the Yersinia pestis bacterium was weaponized by genetically altering the bacteria with genetic material from the live 1918 airborne swine flu virus. The result is an airborne version of the deadly Yersinia pestis similar to the Bubonic Plague, but much, much worse.

Corporate Involvement
Many high up in corporate America know about the upcoming catastrophe and have made plans within their organizations to weather the storm. IBM, for example, states in an internal memo to their upper management, that there is a 100% probability of worldwide pandemic within the next five years.
Now, how would they know that?

Steps are being taken by other elites in other large corporations throughout the world to weather the plague. Once the crisis is over and the bioweapon has done its job and the elite have been given the vaccine, the survivors will demand answers, and want to know why this happened and why no one knew about it. Crimes of Genocide and Immunity
Many will demand that the ones responsible be punished for their crimes against humanity resulting in the deaths of over six billion human beings. However, Baxter would never release the bioweapon if they could be punished for war crimes and genocide. Part of the government’s plan is to make a deal with companies like Baxter for immunity.
So, why would they risk execution for war crimes and genocide?
They haven’t.
President Obama has signed into law an Act that provides immunity to those responsible for deaths caused as a result of a vaccine. The primary source of immunity from liability is a Federal statute called:

This act provides immunity from liability except for acts of willful misconduct, for the manufacture, testing, development, distribution, or use of a “covered countermeasure.” The intentional release of a plague for the purpose of genocide will be sold to the surviving public as an accidental release, and no one will be charged with genocide, murder or any crime whatsoever.

The Interpol has been given their new authority to assist in the emergence of the NWO. The Interpol will be the NWO police. They will assist the NWO in enslaving the reduced population.
